Alyson's Antics of the Day:
I said:
- "I got a boo card!" (when opening the card that was in the package from Grandma and Grandpa... when Mommy asked me why it was a "boo card" I pointed out the letters B-O-O on the card... for some reason, she and Daddy just looked at each other and smiled).
I did:
- I woke up and was tired, but was excited it was Halloween and Donut Friday. I got dressed in my "Forget the Ghosts, Beware of Me!" shirt.
- Before leaving the house, Daddy had me open an envelope that had been delivered yesterday. It was from Grandma and Grandpa. After reading the card, some of which I read myself, I money, a funny lollipop, and an Elsa dress for my Barbie. I was so excited!
- Mommy came to school just in time to get me dressed for the costume parade. I was one of three Elsas in my class, but Mommy said I was the most beautiful. We walked around the area and went to local businesses. Our teachers loaded up on candy and were nice enough to carry it back for us then divide it up. I ended up with an entire tote bag full of candy to bring home. I was a little whiny and didn't quite understand why I couldn't hold my own candy bucket, but still had lots of fun.
- I gave my painting from yesterday to Ms. MaryBeth who came to visit me at school today. She loved it, even with two holes in the page.
- Daddy picked me up at school and I had gotten a smiley! I got smileys all week and was so proud of myself!
- Daddy took me to McDonalds where I got a Hello Kitty toy. I didn't eat much, but was so happy with the toy.
- I spent the evening with Ms. Sierra since Mommy and Daddy had to work the football game at Mommy's school. Luckily trick or treat is tomorrow in most of our area, so I will still get to dress as Elsa one more time and get even more candy.
- Ms. Sierra gave me a bag of candy and the family gave me a Frozen popcorn bucket. I had already dug into by the time Mommy picked me up.
Alyson's Antics of the Day:
I said:
- "I have everything I need to be a Mommy" (while dumping out the bag I had loaded with lotion, a phone, a book, a measuring tape, snacks, a notebook, and a pen).
- "I'm gonna color a shoe in the sky because it is Silly Sally Day" (while painting a picture with Mommy).
I did:
- I was so tired this morning that I fell back asleep on the couch. I finally woke up enough to eat my waffles, then I had to get dressed and beautiful since today was school picture day. I wore a denim dress with tights and even wore a headband in my hair. I thought I was super cute and so did Mommy and Daddy.
- I had a great day at school and was super excited to tell Mommy that I got to hold a snowflake during one of the pictures they took of me. Mommy is hoping I smiled beautiful since I keep showing her my silly crooked smile when she asked me how I smiled. I did get a smiley today too so Mommy and Daddy were very happy.
- When Mommy got home, I met her at the door holding by baby doll wearing my dress without shoes or socks. She thought I looked so cute. I was quickly trying to find my "baby powder" for the baby then I decided I needed to pack a "Mommy bag."
- After eating dinner at home, Mommy and I painted pictures in the dining room. Mommy painted a tree, barn, sun, and even a flower, so I decided to paint the same thing. She thought it was cute that I copied her work. Later I decided to use crayons to draw a picture of our house too.
- Tomorrow is Halloween and the costume parade at school. I can't wait to wear my Elsa dress once again. Mommy is even going to come walk in the parade with me. It will be so much fun!
Alyson's Antics of the Day:
I said:
- "Yuck! It tastes like mirrors" (when eating a nugget dipped in barbecue sauce).
- "A hip, scop,and a jump."
I did:
- I woke up and was excited to find out that Mommy was taking me to school today so I had to get ready quick since Daddy let me sleep in a little bit.
- At school, we had our Harvest celebration (Halloween party) and I told Mommy that the pumpkin cookies we brought were the best and the Cheetos were also great.
- I got another smiley and had a great day at school.
- Daddy picked me up and took me home to start getting ready for dance. I wasn't too excited to go to dance class today, but I became more excited when I found out we were wearing our Halloween costumes to class. We even got to perform for the parents. Daddy wasn't there, but Mommy got to see us dance to the Ghostbusters song. I didn't do much dancing and instead just looked at Mommy and then ran to her during the dance.
- After dance we grabbed a quick dinner at Wendy's. I was super excited about the Frosty and the Scooby Doo toy. It was a hide-n-seek Scooby where you hid the dog and placed numbered clues leading the way to its hiding place. This provided us with lots of entertainment, both at the restaurant and when we got home. All three of us play, and even the pets tried to help. I even let Mommy borrow my Elsa ring to help her find the Scooby toy when it was her turn. One time, Mommy had a hard time finding it, so I dragged her by the shirt telling her she was "hotter and hotter" as I moved her closer. She thought I was so silly!
- After bath, we worked on finding a good outfit for picture day at school which is tomorrow. Mommy had me practice my smile and told me how beautiful I was.
- At bedtime I had to sleep with two Barbies.
Alyson's Antics of the Day:
I said:
- "Don't break it. It's special!" (to Mommy when she got in the car and had to move my Bible off of the seat).
- "I want pictures of my puppies or kitties in there" (in my night light picture frame Carol gave me).
- "Cameron will buzz and I will be blowing dandelion fuzz..." (instead of bees like Olaf's song).
I did:
- Other than being tired, I was in a good mood this morning. I did insist on wearing my other Frozen shirt today and had to take my light up wand to school.
- At school, we had a "pumpkin patch." The filled the school yard with pumpkins so we could pick our own out of the grass. It was so much fun. We also got to decorate them too. I wrote my name backward on the top of the pumpkin.
- I got a smiley face today and was so excited to show Mommy. She was very proud.
- At home, Mommy worked on dinner before going to visit a few friends. I posed a fall picture with my skateboard. Gemma even tried to help.
- Daddy and I stopped by the music store to pick up something and then went to church. I told Daddy that I had to take my Bible in my green Chuck-E-Cheese bag.
- After dinner at home, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for trivia. Mommy met us there. It was fun. I even had an extra friend visit us for a bit and while he was there, he showed me a few magic tricks. I was very excited and then tried to do the tricks myself.
- I played the claw machine and didn't have any luck. Oh well! Maybe next week!
