Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day

• I slept great in my own bed until about 5:00 or 5:30, then woke up hollering for Mommy and Daddy.  Daddy came to get me and put me in bed with Mommy then went downstairs to sleep... he said something about me crowding him in bed.  I woke up again a little after 7:00 then went downstairs to get the iPad and found Daddy.  After a few minutes of playing on the iPad in bed with Mommy, I went back downstairs to Daddy and had him fix me breakfast.  
• When Mommy woke up, the entire living room was full of the Geotrax trains that came from Uncle Chris's house.  Daddy and I were  both controlling different trains and we had quite the set-up.  Mommy was very impressed.  
• I wore big girl panties all morning through lunch, until naptime and I didn't have a single accident.  
• Mommy fixed grilled cheese for lunch and then I decided it was time to go "swimming."  I took off my pants, panties, and shirt and then once I had nothing on, I told Mommy I was going swimming.  Mommy asked where and I told here, "right here (living room), in my pool."  I laid on the floor of the living room and started scooting myself around the floor while completely nude.  Mommy was laughing and Daddy was smiling.  I don't think they know what to think about my silliness.  Once I got "out of the pool," I curled up in a ball on the couch and said, "My hair is wet, I'm cold."  Of course nothing was wet and Mommy made me put my diaper and clothes on to take my nap.
• After naptime, Mommy and Daddy took me to Ms. Sierra's house.  It was so much fun!  Their house had beautiful Christmas decorations and I had a great time playing and dancing and listening to my music. 
• After I got home from Ms. Sierra's house, I found a Mickey in the living room.  Mommy was in the kitchen so I pulled her to come with me to the kitchen and asked her what that was.  She seemed disappointed that I saw it, but Daddy showed me how to get him to sing and dance.  He had a guitar and is fun to watch and listen to.  I told Mommy, "I could save it for my birthday, but it is big."  Mommy told me it was for Christmas, but that it was okay that I found it.  I wonder if that means Mommy and Daddy will get me another present?

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day

• I didn't sleep in my bed last night. I kept saying that my butt hurt and I had to sleep with mommy and daddy. I was really loud about it too. Daddy quickly gave in and let me sleep in his and mommy's bed.
• Mommy took me to Ms. Cheri's this morning, but we didn't get donuts. She said it was because I had one yesterday with daddy. I'm getting really good at using the potty at Ms. Cheri's.
• After mommy picked me up, we went home and I had mail from the North Pole. It was a letter from Santa addressed to me! I opened it but I needed mommy to read it to me. 
• We ate pizza again for dinner. It was such a yucky day that no one wanted to go anywhere. But, for the night's entertainment, daddy brought in two large boxes of trains. I spent the entire evening setting up tracks and buildings and running my trains. It is so much fun. Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day

• Daddy surprised me this morning by taking me to get donuts. I ordered a Blueberry Cake donut and ate part of it on the way to Ms. Cheri's house. I was the only little one at Ms. Cheri's today, so I got a little bored. I am doing really good at using the potty.
• After Daddy picked me up from Ms. Cheri's, he took me to Monkey Joe's. I think he felt sorry for me since I spent the day alone and needed somebody to play with. I met a "little boy" (my name for him), and we played together. We went down the slides and played with the school bus and airplane. We would race them all the way to the back of Monkey Joe's. Daddy bought me a blue Icee and the little boy's daddy paid for us to ride with Snoopy. 
• We picked up pizza for dinner. I ate an entire slice of pepperoni and pineapple. I even poured myself a little pizza sauce to dip my crust in. 
• Before bedtime, daddy and I played with my blocks, and my ball, and my balloon. Then, I pooped in the potty. Daddy was so excited.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day

• Dad woke me up just in time to get me dressed and put me in the car to Ms. Cheri's house. I didn't even get breakfast before we left. Luckily, daddy packed me breakfast to eat at Ms. Cheri's. I spent the day playing with Payton and I used the big girl potty several times today. Daddy picked me up and we went to Lowe's. While pulling out of Ms. Cheri's I got to roll my window down to tell them, "Bye." On the way to Lowe's, I told daddy that Payton had fish for lunch so I wanted fish for dinner with macaroni and broccoli. 
• At Lowe's, daddy let me go potty. Then, I pulled a shopping basket around the store before stopping to dance with Snowda.
• After Lowe's we stopped at daddy's school for just a few minutes. I got to play with daddy's vocabulary ball and draw on his board.
• At home, we ate fish for dinner and then daddy gave me a package. He said it was from Grandpa. I got boots, candy, and a calendar along with another box to play with. I even wrote daddy's name on the box, filled it with blocks, and delivered it to daddy.
• Before bed, I downloaded dancing elves on the iPad. Then, I made a video with Indy, daddy, and me. It was funny to watch everyone dance crazy.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day

• Daddy woke my up early this morning, dressed me, and then wrapped my up in blankets on the couch to watch Curious George while I ate my muffins. 
• Mommy took me to Ms. Cheri's where I went potty three times today. I was so excited to tell daddy when he came and picked me up.
• After Ms. Cheri's, daddy took me shopping. We went to Petsmart, but they only had one cat and no dogs were being groomed. Fortunately, a lady was walking around the store with a puppy that she let me pet. She commented that it was very nice of me to ask to pet her dog instead of just running up to it and petting it. After that, I sorted dog toys looking for the perfect toy for Littles. Apparently, I am far too picky. We also stopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond before eating dinner at Chick-fil-a. Daddy let me play for a really long time. I even stopped several times so daddy could take me to the potty. 
• We came up for a few minutes and started picking up leaves. I helped daddy put them into a big bag. I'm a great helper!
• Later, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Daddy and I were the only ones there to play trivia. Daddy let me do most of the running of the answers for him. I also played a lot on daddy's old phone. It has a lot of my favorite games like Toca Boca Doctor and Endless ABC. Andre brought me my weekly oranges and I even got to play a lot of games on the screen tonight. However, daddy didn't seem as excited to take me to the potty multiple times while at Buffalo Wild Wings. I think he was busy doing something else. 
• When we got home, daddy gave me a cookie for being such a good girl and using the big girl potty. My only wet diaper today was my first one this morning. He gave me a cold cookie out of the freezer that tasted like chocolate mint. It was delicious. For bedtime, after daddy read me a book, I read it back to him. Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• It was an early Monday morning and I was tired.  Mommy seemed extra tired too.  
• I was excited to go to Ms. Cheri's to see Keegan and Payton and I was also excited that it was dance night so I had a lot to get me motivated and moving.
• Mommy picked me up a little earlier this afternoon.  On the way to her school, she asked what I had done with Payton and Keegan today.  I told her that "we raced."  When she asked who won, I told her, "I did.  I was super fast.  Keegan was slow and Payton was slow.  I was very fast."  
• Once we got to Mommy's school a lady named Ms. Amy was there to measure me for my costume for dance.  She kept having me hold my arms out and wrapped a measuring tape around me.  It was fun!  She told me I was very good.  Mommy was so impressed she let me have a piece of candy out of her candy bucket.  I spent the next hour or so visiting with a few people who stopped by her office, eating an apple and playing with a ring from Ms. Sherri, the secretary, and helping Mommy get paper, Ziplocs, index cards, and pencils ready for testing.  I was a super helper!
• After stopping to change clothes for dance and fix my hair, it was off to dance class.  We were a little late so Mommy snuck me in the studio door.  I had fun and did great.  We learned how to be a "statue" and learned another dance move.  I even said some words about a banana, but Mommy doesn't know if that is part of the dance or me just being silly.  I've made up words so much today and sang my own songs that Mommy is a little confused.  
• Earlier today, Mommy said she was being silly so I started saying, "Silly Mommy went to town, walking backwards upside down."  Mommy thought I was the silly one for coming up with that on my own.  
• At home, we played with blocks and Mommy showed me a way to make our buildings and towers look a little different by adding books.  I also gave Mommy and Daddy "popcorn" (blocks) to eat and "lemonade" (Play-doh) to drink.  
• I reorganized my piggy banks, putting all to coins in one and bills in another then Mommy pointed out how much heavier the one with the coins was.
• Today was a good potty day.  I was successful at using the potty three or four times and "tried" a few more times in addition to that. 
• I fought Mommy and Daddy at going to bed tonight, so tomorrow morning may be a rough one.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I woke up and after Daddy took the dogs for a walk, I got up with Mommy and we let Daddy go back to sleep for a bit.
• I had a few mini muffins for breakfast then ate another breakfast once Grandma, Grandpa, and Daddy woke up.  I loved Grandma's blackberry jelly "dip" for my biscuit.  It was delicious!
• Once we packed everything in the car, it was time to go.  I gave Grandma and Grandpa big hugs and said goodbye.  
• It was a long car ride and I was too nosy to sleep any the first couple of hours.  I asked questions and looked around and was very interested in what was around me.
• We stopped to meet Uncle Chris, Aunt Candy, Shane, and Alexis for lunch.  We ate at Fazoli's and I had some yummy spaghetti and breadsticks.  I showed Alexis how good I was at twirling my spaghetti on my fork so she had to do the same as me.  I think she was a bit jealous that I was so good.
• After getting back in the car, I finally fell asleep and slept for a while.  
• For some reason there was a lot of traffic, so it took a little while longer to get home than normal.
• At home, I couldn't wait to see the kitty cats.  I gave Gemma a big hug and visited with Cameron too.
• I quickly dug into my bag of wooden blocks and started building a "super big worm" then spent some time building towers with Daddy.  Daddy, of course, had to give me a lesson on each letter as we built with it... all I wanted to do was build, not learn about the letters.
• At bedtime, Mommy reminded me that she had a couple of dollars in her pocket from Grandma and Grandpa for going potty while I was there.  I was very excited to put the money in my money bank.  
• I've been so great about going to the potty and am actually doing more than trying over half of the time.   Mommy and Daddy are super proud of me and calling me a "very big girl."  I'm actually quite proud of myself too.  
• I can't wait to see my friends at Ms. Cheri's house tomorrow.  I've missed them.  I also have dance tomorrow.  I love Mondays!
