Alyson's Antics for the Day:
 

 

I said:

• "Hi Mr. Mommy!  Hi Mr. Daddy!" (with my paper bee puppet on my hand).
• "Look at me!  Watch this!" (over and over again to Mommy and Daddy while playing outside).

  

I did:

• Rode to church with Ms. Sierra.
• I was so happy when Mommy and Daddy got to church.  I missed them.
• Mommy loved my hairstyle this morning and my beautiful dress.
• After church, we went to Winchester to see the original Wizard of Oz on the big screen.  I was so excited!  I was even more excited when I found out Gabriel was going to be there too (and his Mommy and Chip and Carol).  I sang along with the movie and kept telling Mommy and Daddy what was going to happen next in the movie.
•  At home, I took a long nap then played outside on the swingset.  I learned about spinning the swing while laying on my tummy.  I was so proud of myself.  It was fun to spin!  I also played with bubbles and my big frisbees.  I was in desperate need of Mommy and Daddy's attention with everything I was doing.

Alyson's Antics for the Day:

 

 

I said:

• "I call you honey bun." (to Mommy while she was driving)
• "When it runs out, we will just get more batteries." (discussing my new Dora microphone with Mommy)

  

I did:

• I woke up and realized Daddy was already downstairs, so I decided to join him downstairs.  He wasn't happy that I was awake before 7:00am.
• Daddy left close to 8:00 and sent me upstairs with Mommy.  We hung out in bed for a bit before getting up and eating breakfast.
• We went to a big yard sale where I picked out some books, bought some jewelry, a water gun, a Dora microphone, and a pink hot wheels car with money from my bank. 
• Mommy bought me some clothes and some things for herself.  I can't wait to go to more yard sales soon.
• When we got home, Daddy was working on fixing my playground in the back yard.  I was a super helper and helped hand off materials and even hit the hammer all by myself.   
• We found a big worm and Mommy had me hold him, but I was a little grossed out that he was so slimy.  I finally moved him back away from the house so he didn't get stepped on. 
• Daddy finished fixing my playground while I took a nap.
• I got a hair cut and was such a big girl that the lady gave me two lollipops instead of just one. 
• After dinner, we went to Daddy's school to see how they had decorated for their prom and there were some beautiful cars outside.  I was more interested in the blowy flowers than the cars.  
• After getting home and having a bath, I went to Ms. Sierra's where I spent the evening while Mommy and Daddy went out for the evening.
• I can't wait until after church tomorrow when I get to see the "Lizard of Boz" at the theater!

Alyson's Antics for the Day:

 

 

I said:

• "Cheerleader Alyson!" (while celebrating that I found 14 quarters in Mommy's change jar)
• "But my friend is still playing." (Talking about the little girl I met 15 minutes earlier on the playground when Daddy told me it was time to go home.)

  

I did:

• Daddy let me sleep in a little bit longer today. I surprised him by quietly climbing out of bed by myself. Then, I got dressed all by myself while Mommy and Daddy were getting ready for work. I was such a big girl and I was super excited to be wearing my new kitty cat shirt.  I think the kitty on it looks like Gemma.
• After Mommy picked me up from school, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Once we left, we stopped at the big playground. I played with the other little kids and even told Daddy to try to catch me.
•  At home, I rode my scooter around the block. I kept stopping to blow on the fluffy (blowy) flowers so they would grow more flowers. Then, I played with chalk and blew bubbles. I really liked it when Daddy would blow the bubbles and I would pop them.

Alyson's Antics for the Day:

 

I said:

• Was I a big girl this morning? (After getting dressed all by myself. I usually get treats for being a big girl.)

 
I did:

• Daddy woke me up a little bit earlier today. I fell back asleep on the couch. After daddy woke me up a second time, I got dressed by myself. Then daddy took me to school.
• Mommy picked me up from school and she had Burger King with her. I ate chicken strips and French fries, and then watched a little bit of TV with mommy while she slept.
• Daddy and I went outside to play. I drew hopscotch on the sidewalk, popped bubbles, and rode my plane to the end of the sidewalk. It's more fun going to the end than walking back since it is downhill to the end of the sidewalk.
