Alyson's Antics of the Day:


I said:

• "This is going to be the best day ever!" (jumping up and down after Mommy told me that Gabriel was going to be where we were going this afternoon).
• "Guess what Mommy and Daddy...  I prayered again." (telling them about praying while downstairs at church today).

I did:

• I woke up and then came into cuddle in bed with Mommy while Daddy showered.
• We got ready for church and I got to wear a beautiful denim long-sleeved dress with my tights.  It was a little chilly, so luckily I had a jacket to wear.
• I played with my friends at church, then came home and we ate leftover pizza for lunch before my nap.
• After nap, we got in the car and headed to Wilson's Animal Park in Winchester.  It was so much fun!  Gabriel was there and we got to go through the maze with him and his family.  There were so many animals there and we even got to feed a lot of them!  Mommy and I kept telling the animals not to bully one another and to let everyone have some food.  We even saw a spider monkey with her baby so I told her to take care of her baby real good.
• After running around everywhere while there, we got in the car and headed back.  We decided to stop at the mall in Winchester to walk around and so I could play a little more.  We even ate dinner there.  Daddy and I shared some lo mein noodles and Mommy shared her chicken teriyaki with me.  Delicious!
• Once we got back home, we did some housework.  I helped Daddy clean some of the windows and he put some clear plastic over some of the windows.  He said it will help keep our house warm since it is starting to get colder outside. 
• After helping a bit, I decided to have some alone playtime.  I spent a little time playing with a box and thirty-one bag...  Cameron climbed in the box, so I folded the flaps to give him some quiet time.  I took some friends upstairs to play with and we had a "campout."  I even told Mommy when to "wake" all of us up by turning on the "Sun" (light).
• My nose has been very runny today.  Mommy is hoping I'm not coming down with another bug.  Hoping for a healthy night and day tomorrow.

Alyson's Antics of the Day:

I said:

• "Let me take a selfie, Mommy."
• "Take my picture while I sit here, Mommy."

I did:

• I woke up and Daddy and I went downstairs and had waffles for breakfast while we let Mommy sleep in a little longer.
• After Mommy got up and we all got ready, we went to the James Rumsey yard sale.  We found so many fun things to play with and even a few things to buy.  I got four Barbie books, lots of crayons, a Princess dress, and two cars.  It was a little chilly, especially when the wind was blowing.
• After going to eat lunch at Panera, we went to War Memorial Park to play and walk around the Mini Fair a bit.  The leaves were beautiful!  It's strange because some trees had such beautiful colored leaves and others are still very green.  I had fun finding pretty leaves and playing in them and Mommy tried to get some beautiful pictures of me with the leaves.  She says that Fall is her favorite.
• We went home and Mommy and I cuddled for a nap.
• I was very surprised when I woke up and found the Storys on my porch.  They had stopped by to pick something up so we got to visit for a bit.  It was so great seeing my friend Rebekah again!
• We spent the rest of the afternoon and evening at home watching the football game and relaxing.  We ate pizza (mine had pineapples) and some chips and then I watched a movie.  It was a much needed relaxation day.  Mommy and I even had some girl time doing our nails... we tried out our Jamberry nails and Mommy learned a lot.  Next time should be much better!  I was so excited and chose to alternate my nails between letters and polka dots.  I couldn't wait to show Daddy how beautiful they were!

Alyson's Antics of the Day:

I said:

• Me:  "Am I going to take a bath tonight?"
• Daddy:  "I don't know.   Why?"
• Me:  "Because I don't wanna take my Band-Aid off."
• (following the conversation I took my Band-Aid off anyway)

I did:

• I wore a beautiful black and white sweater dress this morning with my white sandals.  Mommy thinks the time has come for the sandals to be packed away since it is getting cooler, but I keep wearing them anyway.
• Even though it was Friday, Daddy didn't take me to get donuts this morning before school since I wasn't such a big girl at school yesterday.
• I was a great girl today and got a smiley at school, so Daddy took me to get a donut as an afterschool snack.  I was so happy and chose to get a blueberry cake donut which is Mommy's favorite... she was so jealous when she heard that I got one without her.
• After doing a little shopping with Daddy, Mommy came home and we started packing up my things to go to Ms. Sierra's for the evening so Mommy and Daddy could have a date night.
• While at Ms. Sierra's we went out a did a little shopping, I ate my dinner, and we watched a little television (even watched the Octonauts).  Ms. Sierra also took my picture for Mommy so she could use it in the blog in case I fell asleep early. 
• I was wide awake but wearing my pajamas when Mommy and Daddy picked me up to take me home to bed. 
• I'm glad we all get to sleep in tomorrow!

Alyson's Antics of the Day:



I said:

• "I won't be beautiful unless I wear a dress.  Olive will be beautiful in her dress and I won't be beautiful!"
• Conversation while looking at the book Put Me in the Zoo:
  Mommy:  "Do you belong in a zoo?"
  Alyson:  "No."
  Mommy:  "Does Mommy belong in a zoo?"
  Alyson:  "No."
  Mommy:  "Does Daddy belong in a zoo?"
  Alyson:  "Yes."
  Mommy:  "Why does Daddy belong in a zoo?"
  Alyson:  "Because he's crazy!  Don't tell Daddy!"

I did:

• Another morning where we fought about my wardrobe.   Mommy and I had picked out a dress last night, but it didn't fit, so Mommy and Daddy picked out a different jumper dress and I refused to wear it.  I ended up a in a pink shirt and jeans and was not happy about it.  I cried and told Mommy I couldn't be beautiful if I wasn't wearing a dress.
• I wanted Mommy to take me to school instead of Daddy, but she didn't have time, so I had a full out meltdown when Daddy carried me across the street to take me to school.
• I got a frowny today for the first time in about 11 or 12 days.  Mommy and Daddy were disappointed.  I explained to them that I got 3 or 4 time outs for climbing up the slide, playing with a ball that I wasn't supposed to play with and not listening.
• Since I got in trouble, Daddy went through a drive thru to get dinner and brought it home instead of going some place fun while Mommy was out with friends.
• Mommy got home and brought a piece of cake, but wouldn't let me have any since I wasn't good at school.  Boo!
• Hopefully I'll be good tomorrow so I can do fun stuff again.

Alyson's Antics of the Day:

I said:

• "I'm going to be Elsa" (every time I saw the Halloween at Party City commercial (about 5 times) while watching The Good Night Show).
• "Your feet stink!" (while laying on Mommy watching television this evening).
• "I wanna read an animal book" (so Mommy started looking at my bookshelf and showed me an "Under the sea animal book")...  I told her, "I want a on top book... animals above the sea."
• "I'm going to change the color to yellow since it is fall and some of the leaves will turn yellow" (referring to the colored slat in the front of my drawer on my desk... I can change it from pink to purple to green or yellow).

I did:

• I ate waffles for breakfast and got a lot all over me!  Daddy had to clean me up.
• I wore a super cute brown sweater dress today... it was perfect for a fall day.  I'm so into wearing dresses.  Mommy worries what will happen when I run out of dresses or when it is too cold for dresses.
• Another great day at school... SMILEY!
• I made a cute acorn paper with my hands at school so Mommy had to take a picture when she picked me up.
• When we got home, I had a package waiting for me... it was a beautiful pink skirt to wear for dance.  I couldn't wait to try it.  Grandma did a great job making it for me!
• We were in a rush to get ready for dance and were slightly late but Ms. Kayla wasn't upset.
• After dance, we came home and Daddy was cooking one of my favorite dinners... spaghetti!  We also had bread with butter which was so yummy!
• Mommy and I relaxed a bit this evening...  she seemed a bit tired, so I let her rest between laying on her, jumping on her, and making my baby doll cry and giggle. 
• I already have my dress picked out to wear to school tomorrow.
