Highlights of the Day:
- Mommy got me ready for school today without Daddy's help and I was a bear. I wasn't happy with her choice of mismatched socks (I had to have them mismatched, but wanted both to have dots like my shirt).
- After refusing to go into the classroom for Mommy so she could leave for work, the day ended up getting much better. We had our library field trip then we got to play with some new things in the classroom (fireman equipment and a new water spraying station with numbers). We also began learning about the letter E. We also had a discussion about Halloween costumes. I can't wait to see everyone in a few weeks. It was great!
- Mommy picked me up and we went to Panera for dinner. We switched back and forth between soup and mac-n-cheese. I even dipped my bread in the cheese from the mac-n-cheese and said it tasted like a grilled cheese. YUM!
- After a quick stop, we dropped by the library to check out some books since we didn't get to do that today. I picked a silly dinosaur book, an Aerial book, a Fairies book, and a Lion King book. I also got to play with the puppet show things and play on the computer. As soon as we got to the car I was disappointed and told Mommy that I meant to look for a book about horses. Mommy explained that is the great thing about the library... as soon as we finish these books, we can go get more even books about horses, unicorns, and My Little Pony! I can't wait to finish by books.
- After a shower and one book, it was bedtime. My clothes (and socks) are laid out and ready for a more calm morning tomorrow.
Highlights of the Day:
- Slept until 9:30 then got up and got dressed for church.
- Chose a pretty dress though the tights really got on my nerves. I kept having to yank them up over and over again!
- Had fun at church and even performed for Mommy on the stage after the service.
- Had a great lunch with Mommy and Daddy then came home for a restful afternoon and evening.
- I played with my neighbor friend for a while and was good at sharing my new toys. Mommy was proud of me. While on the porch, we saw a squirrel running across the power line. We had Mommy come out and take picture. Later in the evening when we looked at the picture, she explained to me about squirrels storing food for winter so I took a hair tie, ran on my "four legs" into the other room and "buried" it like a squirrel would hide it's food. Mommy thought I was so silly! I also ate a few candy corn and pretended to be a vampire. Hilarious!
Highlights of the Day:
- Woke Mommy up close to 8:30 then played with the iPad and mostly let her sleep until 9:30 or so (other than a few interruptions).
- We ate our breakfast and then got dressed and headed out for the day.
- Mommy and I ran a few errands and then headed to Monkey Joes (my idea) to play. It was so much fun! I made friends with two girls named Elizabeth and Martha and we played and played.
- Mommy and I went shopping and I even talked Mommy into taking me to the mall in Hagerstown while we were close. I bought a couple of things with my birthday money... a My Little Pony Equestria Girl doll, an Aerial necklace, and a My Little Pony bracelet. I also had to pose with the mannequins while I had Mommy take my picture.
- Back at home, I showered and got changed and packed to spend a few hours with Ms. Sierra while Mommy and Daddy had a date night. It was fun but I was very sleepy when Mommy and Daddy picked me up.
- I'm looking forward to church tomorrow.
Highlights of the Day:
- Woke up on my own this morning and cuddled in bed with Mommy for about 20 minutes before it was time for us to get up and get ready for school.
- I wore a super cute pink plaid shirt and my skinny jeans with sparkly pockets on the back. I felt really cute!
- Today at school we talked about the hurricane and learned that sometimes it is strong enough to knock a house over. We also talked about how some of the rain we are getting now and going to get this weekend is from the edge of the hurricane. We also got to wash and cut apples to make applesauce. It was so much fun. We even got to eat the applesauce as our snack this afternoon. It was delicious!
- Mommy picked me up from school and we came straight home for the night. It was cold and rainy and there wasn't a football game at Mommy's school so we stayed in a rested together as a family. I spent a little time playing with Mommy's phone. I videoed myself singing some of my original songs and "Voxer"ed Daddy (walkie-talkie app) while he was sitting next to me on the couch. I even figured out on my own how to speed up our voices on the phone. I laughed and laughed at how funny we sounded.
