Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Mommy took me straight to school once again this morning.  She seemed to be feeling slightly better.  I had a great day at school and made Mommy a "Feel better" card.  She loved it!  Today marked three purple days in a row.  I told Mommy during the car ride home, "My favorite part of school is learning."

After dinner at home, Daddy and I played my Mickey game on the Wii.  I also helped a little with laundry.   When Mommy came home from her meeting, she found me writing in "my diary" (I whispered).  I told her it was secret but did show her one page for her and showed Daddy one page for him.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Got to sleep in a little this morning... a little too long since I ended up being late for school.  Mommy is still sick and I didn't miss much, so I wasn't too upset.

My favorite things from school today were clipping up to purple very quickly, shopping for Mommy and Daddy in the Holiday Shop, and hearing about the mess that the elf made before I got to school.

Daddy picked me up then he fixed Mommy and I dinner.  Mommy seemed to be starting to feel a bit better so I talked her into playing the alphabet game with me.  I love that game... I made a post-it for each letter of the alphabet and then took six letters to place on items around the house that start with that letter... kinda like hide and seek but an Mommy says it's an educational version.  Mommy lasted two rounds before she had to rest again.  Since she was tired, I made us popcorn and suggested we watch The Grinch in bed with each of us holding a teddy bear.  It was nice to cuddle and laugh together to end the night.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

A sleepy morning with a little arguing about the outfit we picked out last night.

Enjoyed school today... was excited that the elf had tried making a paper chain and had used it to decorate the SMARTBoard.  He must have worked hard on it!  In gym class, we played with the parachute. My favorite part was when we went "in the clubhouse" (under the parachute).

Daddy picked me up which was strange. After a quick stop at the store, we went home to find Mommy resting.  She still wasn't feeling well. Daddy and I brought her flowers and I made her a picture to cheer her up. We spent most of the evening resting.  I did get her to get up long enough to help me make my special recipe, Nilla wafers, cool whip, and bananas.  We tried them, but they will be better after some time in the freezer.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Woke up and got ready for church.  Didn't feel like dressing up, so stuck to leggings and a shirt.  Went to church early with Daddy to let Mommy sleep in a bit.  Mommy didn't make it to church since she was sick. She sounded horrible when we got home.

I let Mommy and Daddy rest a bit this afternoon while I entertained myself.  They were very thankful!

I spent a few hours with Ms. Kelly and her family while mommy and daddy went to Shepherd for the 10th anniversary banquet.  Mommy really didn't feel like going, but felt she needed to be there.  I had lots of fun while there, but was happy when Mommy and Daddy picked me up in time for a bedtime snack and bed.  On the way home I told Mommy and Daddy that some was "impressive."  They thought my use of that word was impressive.  At bedtime, I decided to choose animals of the year from my stuffed animals.... I decided to choose some for each season... for winter, I chose the sled dog and snowman, for spring the frog and beaver, for summer the dogs and cats, and for fall, the bear since he begins the hibernation process.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Delivered Mommy breakfast in bed after letting her sleep in a bit.  After she got out of bed, I invited her to play a new game that I came up with. I even gave her a Twizzler which was the cost to play.  The game was ring toss, throwing a used glow necklace over a choice of three different cups. Each cup had a post-it where I had written a number of points. I had prizes set up for each possible "win."

I spent most of the day in pajamas at least until parade time.  My school was in the town Christmas parade tonight. Even though Mommy wasn't feeling well, she still took me to the parade and walked beside while I rode on the float.  The principal was dressed as Mrs. Clause and Mommy was given an elf hat to wear. Everyone loved my flashing lights necklace and I shared my "hot hands" with a friend who was cold.

After the parade, we drank hot cocoa, painted snowmen, and listened to Christmas music. It was a great evening.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Got a few extra cuddles with Mommy this morning before finishing getting ready for school.

My class was super surprised to find a mess of popsicle sticks this morning, courtesy of our class elf.  He had tried making an ornament with the sticks, but wasn't successful.  Luckily my classmates and I were more successful at making the reindeer ornaments.  Mommy reminded me that with the weekend, the elf will have extra time to get in trouble... that was a little concerning and funny at the same time.

Mommy and I brought home food from Bob Evans for dinner.  Mommy was hoping that some soup might make her feel better...  I decided to get a piggy pancake.  It was delicious!

Mommy fell asleep on the couch while I watched a bit of Mickey Christmas again... when she woke up, I had fallen asleep on the other end of the couch. After about a two hour nap, I woke up just long enough for Mommy to help me set up my Webkinz account and to add my animal friends, especially excited to add my new lion that I got for having 10 tickets at school this week.  The Webkinz app is fun and I can't wait to play with it more tomorrow.

Most Memorable Events of the Day:

Today was a great Thursday!  I got a new book during my favorite library class, took my very first STAR test, and we had a little elf show up in my classroom... the crazy elf had TPed our tree and left ornaments for us to decorate.

I got to play with my upstairs friend at Mommy's school for a little while before we headed home.

I ate dinner well and ended up having a cookie for dessert.  Mommy rested on the couch since she wasn't feeling well.  Daddy left for a meeting at Shepherd, so Mommy and I watched a Mickey Christmas movie on Netflix and I completed the first day of my Christmas countdown/advent activity book.  It was fun.

At bedtime, Mommy and I played school a few minutes.  I taught the animals how to play a game where they had to balance sticker sheets on clothes hangers while walking around an obstacle course.
