Alyson's Exciting Day

·Daddy overslept and we had to rush to get ready and go to school. Daddy dropped me off with Mrs. Clark before school began. I like to help her in the mornings.

·This evening, we went to a birthday party for one of my classmates art Monkey Joe's. We played tag and jumped around a lot. It was so much fun.

·On the way home, we stopped at Shepherd to visit their Relay 4 Life. They had a Dr. Suess theme. Daddy and I walked a couple of laps and got some bubbles to play with. We did our medicine when we got home and went straight to bed. We were so tired.

Alyson's Exciting Day

·Woke up on my own after daddy turned the hallway light on. I got dressed and met daddy downstairs. He was surprised to see me. I'm usually not a morning person.
·Once we all got ready we rode to school together. We dropped daddy off at school and then mommy and I got donuts from Dunkin Donuts.
·Daddy picked me up after school and we went shopping. I needed a present for the birthday party tomorrow. After shopping, I fell asleep in the car while daddy drove us home.
·Daddy and I watched some tv and played  Mario while we ate dinner. Then Daddy had a meeting at Shepherd to attend. I went with him and played littlest pet shop and pom poms to entertain myself.

Memories from Today:

Woke up and got ready super quickly.  Mommy had told me she would have to leave early and that I would have to ride with Daddy... I was ready when Mommy was so I happily got to go with her.

I spent a little extra morning time with Mrs. Clark this morning since Mommy was working on getting the first day of testing started.

School was great and church was so fun!  I played with the other kids.  i found several sticks in the grass by the church... I made three catapults in a straight line and went down the line launching sticks with the catapults.   I was so proud of myself!

Mommy heads out of town tomorrow for a couple days for work.  I miss her already!

Memories from Today:

What a great morning!!!  Found my very first four-leaf clover while waiting to go into school this morning.  I was so excited!!!

School was fun.  Mrs. Clark gave me a small notebook to keep my clover safe until I got back home.  In music class we learned about long sounds and short sounds through songs and dances.  A couple of my friends and I found a dollar on the playground.   We gave it to Mrs. Clark and she gave each of us change (dividing it up).

Mommy took me to the park and then to our new Panera for dinner.   While making a quick shopping stop, Mommy and I decided top take my picture with a rooster too send to Grandpa for his birthday since we always make strange noises ("cookoo-ka") to each other on the phone.

Memories from Today:

I woke up tired like a typical Monday morning. At least it was hat day!  I'm not big on wearing hats so I chose to wear bunny ears instead. I wore my blue shirt and gave my donation to celebrate Autism Awareness Day.

I had a great day at school even got to check out a new book from our classroom Library. I came home and read the book to Mommy and Daddy and Gemma. I had even already finished my book report by the time daddy picked me up from school. Mommy loves the fact that I do my homework while I'm waiting to be picked up from school.

Before bed we shared a popcorn snack and watched an episode of Julie's Greenroom. It was the first time Daddy had seen it.  While snacking I was talking to Mommy about counting by tens I told her that 10 tens are a hundred so she asked me what 10 times 10 was and I said that's easy... a hundred.  So, she tested me on a few other multiplication problems that I also got correct. She seemed very surprised that I could multiply!  I was very proud of myself!

Memories from Today:

Got dressed and ready for church.   Went to church with Daddy and let Mommy sleep in a little longer.

During the worship meeting, the bigger kids had a very cool performance.  During praise and worship time, everyone sang The Old Rugged Cross... I got in front of everyone and put my arms in the shape of a cross.  One lady told me after church that Jesus was proud of me.

After lunch, we went home to rest a bit.    We did get to video chat with Grandma and Grandpa for a few minutes which is always fun.  While Mommy and Daddy rested, I made signs, a banner,  and even confetti to celebrate that Mommy was taking me to see the Boss Baby movie.  I threw the confetti on Mommy when it was time to leave for the movie.

The movie was very funny!  Mommy and I laughed a lot.

We had "white sauce" for dinner,  my favorite!

Memories from Today:

Woke up feeling so much better!  I woke up Mommy and seemed very surprised to have slept through the entire night, especially without getting sick!

I ate breakfast and gummies and pasta... Mommy thinks I was making up for lost time (and a day without food).

I played video games and watched tv and let Mommy practice her lines with Daddy.

Spent the evening with Ms. Kelly and her family.  I played silly April Fools jokes on everyone and was overall quite a ham.

Everyone was just happy I was feeling better!
