- Donut Friday! I love Donut Friday! My blueberry cake donut was so delicious!
- On the way to Ms. Cheri's, I pointed out the cloudy sky and asked Mommy if she saw it... I told her, "God made it for us. He loves us." Mommy said, "and we love him too." Normally we point out the beautiful sunrises in the mornings and talk about this, but I thought we should point out the normal sky too.
- I had a fun day at Ms. Cheri's and even took a two hour nap. I had ravioli for lunch, and even got a little on my shirt.
- Mommy picked me up and had me quickly come outside to see a blimp. This is the second time we have seen a blimp near her school, the last time was a few months ago. This blimp was red. I liked watching it slowly fly across the sky. Mommy asked me where I thought the blimp was going. I told her I thought it was going to "the blimp station." Then I asked her if it was going toward our house.
- At home, I checked on our roses to see if we had any new blooms.
- After resting inside for a bit, Daddy took us to Habanero to eat dinner. I had a cheese quesadilla and chip and queso. I also got to drink water out of a big girl cup with no lid or straw.
- We went to Petsmart where I visited all of the animals and helped Mommy by carrying the treats and coupon. At Dick's Sporting Goods, I helped Mommy carry a box while Daddy carried some weights. The cashier thought I was a good helper.
- Once back at home, I ran straight to the dog bowls and filled them up. Mommy says I'm very responsible and Daddy thought I deserved a popsicle. It was red and delicious!
- I played with the dogs and wore my monkey headband (on the back of my head). I laid back on the couch for a bit playing my Doc McStuffin's app on Mommy's iPad. I also was "shopping" for apps, finding ones I thought I wanted then asking Mommy to buy them for me.
- I told Daddy when I was ready for bed. It's been a long week, I need rest! Hopefully Mommy and Daddy let me sleep in tomorrow morning.

- I wore my yellow monkey shirt with blue pants and my purple crocs today. I felt super cute.
- On the way to Ms. Cheri's, I kept asking Mommy why she was slowing down or stopping. I completely understand how stop lights work (red=stop, green=go), but stop signs and slow, turning cars confuse me a little. Mommy always does a good job of explaining though.
- I was happy to see Keegan and Payton both today and there was another little girl named Isabelle who will be coming to see us one day a week. I was just glad Keegan was there, even though he was a distraction and I only napped for 45 minutes.
- On the way home, I kept asking Mommy where we were going even though we were going the same way we always go to head home.
- At the house, I picked a weed and took it inside to Daddy, telling him, "I picked you a flower."
- Mommy went out with her friends tonight, so Daddy and I had some bonding time. We ate dinner, watching a little television, played fetch with Littles, and I helped Daddy wash dishes. I'm such a good helper. Daddy and I forgot to take pictures tonight while Mommy was away.
- At bedtime, I oooed over the moon since it was so pretty. I told Mommy it was a full moon since it looked like a circle. Mommy was proud that I had remembered about the full moon, even if it wasn't quite a full moon anymore.

- I wore my cute giraffe shirt today and was happy to be going to Ms. Cheri's.
- On the way there, we saw the full moon. It was beautiful. We also saw the sun rising too. It was orange! I told Mommy, "The sun is orange, like a..., like a..., like a orange!"
- When I got out of the car at Ms. Cheri's I was trying to see the moon again, but it was hiding behind some trees so I couldn't see it.
- Payton and I carried my things to the car when Mommy came back to get me.
- At home, I immediately checked on the dog's food bowls and put more in for them since they were out. Mommy says that I'm so responsible.
- After eating Chick-fil-A dinner (at home), I relaxed on the couch with Mommy and played with the dogs.
- We went to Buffalo Wild Wings so Mommy and Daddy could play trivia. Ms. Brittny went too. I was such a big girl while they played. I got to play some games on the big screen game once they were finished since I was so good. I liked those games and was pretty good at them, especially with Daddy helping.
- After we dropped Ms. Brittny off at her house, as she walked to her house from the car, I said, "I miss her." I said that a few more times until she was in her house.
- Back at the house, I went straight for the dog bowls again and refilled them and then helped Daddy with the trash. I'm really good at my chores and I'm not even 3 years old!

August 20, 2013
- Another sleepy morning. Daddy dressed me and brought me downstairs and I just leaned against the pillow until it was time to go to Ms. Cheri's.
- On the way, I pointed out how foggy it was to Mommy. I also pointed out a few school buses too.
- At Ms. Cheri's, I walked straight to her toy box and grabbed a toy cup and toy bottle and pretended to pour myself a drink. Mommy asked if I was thirsty.
- I took a two hour nap and had fun playing with Payton.
- Mommy brought me home and I was so happy to see Daddy.
- Arden and Ed stopped by to visit us so we sat on the porch and played with a ping pong ball, bubbles, and I dug in the dirt too. My hands and feet were filthy, but I had fun! I even made footprints in the spilled bubbles... Mommy was hoping that might clean my feet a little.
- Once inside, I ate a cookie and played my Mickey Mouse game (making cupcakes for the bake sale) and watched a few Mickey video clips with Mommy before heading upstairs to get ready for bed.
- While brushing my teeth before bed, I showed Mommy my toothbrush dance in the doorway to my room.
- While in the rocking chair with Mommy, we watched the moon play peekaboo behind the clouds with us. Mommy told me it was a full moon since it looked like a circle. I started singing "Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world." Mommy thought it was such a sweet moment and made her day. I told Mommy the moon was going to sleep, so I got in bed too.
- Before Mommy left the room, I asked her to get me a few things for tomorrow, "gummy snacks and a cereal bar." Mommy guessed I was telling her what to pack in my lunch bag for Ms. Cheri's. She thought I was so cute.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:
- Daddy woke me up SOOOO early this morning. It was close to 6:00... YUCK! I was not happy about being woken up so early, but as soon as Daddy mentioned that Keegan might be at Ms. Cheri's, I said, "WOOHOO!" and started getting ready.
- I was super tired, even once I got to Ms. Cheri's house.
- Mommy picked me up and I cried the first few minutes in the car because I wanted to say goodbye to Keegan and Payton again, even though I had already said goodbye a couple of times.
- Once at home, I played and watched a little television.
- Daddy fixed a yummy dinner that I ate while watching TroTro on the iPad.
- After dinner, Mommy and I walked with Ms. Brittny and Jillian to Dairy Queen. I found a "golden treasure" on the ground and carried it for a while before putting it back down. I also found a super big leaf, walnuts, helicopter seeds, and some sort of fruit tree that I had to stop and investigate.
- While eating my ice cream cone, I kept wanting to visit and sit with another family outside. They mentioned that they had all just gotten haircuts and asked me if I wanted one. I said, "No. I already had one."
- When we left Dairy Queen, Mommy threw away the dandelion I had picked right in front of me. I cried and cried. I was so upset that I didn't have my flower. I was able to find another one while walking, but it wasn't the same. Mommy cheered me up by giving me a piggy back ride, galloping like a horse, and even saying, "neigh, neigh." Then, Jillian gave me a ride too.
- Back at home, I visited with the dogs and cats and had a much needed bath, especially since I threw grass up in the air like the helicopter seeds and covered myself in freshly cut grass.

- I woke up and wasn't at home. I was at Ms. Sierra's house. I was a little confused, but wasn't worried about it.
- Daddy picked me up at about 8:30 and brought me home to eat breakfast before church.
- I was so excited to go to church. After Mommy woke up, I told her, "I have to tell you something." I leaned over toward her ear, pulled back her hair, and whispered, "We're going to church."
- Daddy left and Mommy and I got dressed and ready to go. I wore my "Awesome" star shirt and a cute skirt.
- It was raining just a tiny bit, so Mommy had to keep me from jumping in puddles on the way to church.
- On the way home, I carried Daddy's umbrella since it was raining a little harder.
- We got home and said goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa, then ate a quick lunch before nap.
- I took a long nap and so did Mommy and Daddy. We were all so tired!
- We relaxed and watched a little television before going grocery shopping. When Daddy was putting me in the carseat to get ready to go to the store, he told me I was awesome since that is what my shirt said. I said, "I am VERY awesome!" Mommy and Daddy giggled at me.
- Daddy bought me Mickey cheese and Hello Kitty Popsicles so I thought I was hot stuff.
- After dinner, I got to eat a popsicle... it was delicious!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:
I woke up and Daddy and I went downstairs. The dogs were so happy to see me.
After getting dressed, Grandma and Grandpa and Mommy and I went to Cracker Barrrel for breakfast. The pancakes were delicious!
I helped show Grandma and Grandpa around Mommy's school since they hadn't seen it. I even got to meet Some of the teachers from the school and even made new friends with some of the kids. I even hugged one of them.
I spent the afternoon and evening with Ms. Sierra. We blew bubbles, walked, played at the playground, and I even got to have a sleepover. Mommy and Daddy will pick me up before church.
