Alyson's Antics for the Day

I said:

• "Eenie meenie miney moe.  Catch my foot and make me slow...  Everybody scream!"
• "Today's not supposed to be tomorrow.... It's supposed to be Tuesday!"
  

I did:

• I woke up close to 9:00 then laid down and cuddled with Mommy until after 10:00. 
• Mommy took me to get Krispy Kreme donuts.  I love seeing how they were made and wearing a hat.  The donut was delicious!
• We went to the Town Center to walk around and looked at the balloon sculpture being created.  It looked a little scary right now, but after I figured out it was just a part of a giraffe, I wasn't so concerned.  I can't wait to go back to see it when it is finished.  It also helped that the mall was giving away free giraffe masks.  I wore mine all over the mall.  Everyone enjoyed seeing me skipping down the hall with a giraffe face. 
• Grandma bought me earring stickers.  I chose wear the purple sparkly heart ones.  Mommy and Grandma said I looked like such a big girl.  Luckily I have a whole sheet of them since I lost one already. 
• After stopping at a few stores, I fell asleep in the car on the way back to Grandma and Grandpa's.
• Mommy and I caught a bug and put it in the bug house to investigate it.
• After dinner and a little rest time, Mommy and went outside and caught lots of lightning bugs, 7 the first time, then 10 the second time.  We had so much fun.  Mommy was hoping the neighbors weren't watching since she was sure we looked so silly.  After bringing the lightning bugs into the house to show Grandma and Grandpa, I took them into my dark room to watch them flash then took them outside to release them.
• I got to stay up late hanging out with Mommy, Grandma, and Grandpa.  I can't wait for the fun tomorrow!

Alyson's Antics for the Day

I said:

• "I have a really big bug bite on my leg.  It was caused by a whole family of bugs, not just one bug." (showing Grandma my bug bite).
• While Mommy and I watched a coal train go by Grandma's house, I told her, "I think they are going to Kohl's to make dresses and clothes and bracelets and necklaces."
  

I did:

• I woke up close to 8:00 this morning and Uncle Jim was the only one awake.  I ran around and acted crazy and loud and went to visit Mommy in bed every 5 minutes or so.  Finally, every one woke up and Grandma fixed us breakfast.  It was yummy!
• I played with chalk and made a beautiful picture of a "beach party" on the sidewalk and was so excited to show everyone my picture. 
• After Aunt Carol and Uncle Jim left to go home and I had a nap, I got to play in the backyard in the swimming pool.  It was very fun!  I got a lot of grass in the pool since I kept jumping out and in and brought the grass in on my feet.
• After drying off and relaxing a few minutes, we got ready to go to the bowling alley.  Grandma was cheering for people who were bowling and I bowled my first 2 games.  I was so excited and had a lot of fun.  My first game was a 46 and second game was a 37.  I told Mommy that my bowling ball looked like a "watermelon" and was so excited that they had bowling shoes to fit me.

Alyson's Antics for the Day

I said:  

• "But there's lettuce on it. I'll like lettuce when I get bigger." (When Grandma offered me a bite of tomato and it had a tiny piece of lettuce on it)
• "cock-a-cock-a-coo"

I did:

• After breakfast this morning, we went to Mommy's school.  Everyone there was excited to see me.  I colored pictures for Sherri and Mr.  Arvon and talked to everyone. 
• After lunch and a few errands, we ran home to pack. 
• I watched Frozen a couple of times during the trip and was super excited to get to Grandma and Grandpa's house. 
• For dinner, we went to Cozumel to eat for Grandma's birthday and my favorite balloon artist was there.  He gave me an Elmo balloon, a dog balloon, a Spider-Man balloon. I also got my face painted. I was so excited until my eyes started itching a little. 
• I was very hyper after being stuck in the car so long today. 
• I can't wait to do fun stuff this week with Grandma and Grandpa.
