Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I slept until 8:00 this morning.  Mommy was so happy to sleep in.  
• After eating breakfast and watching Curious George, Mommy and I showered and got ready for church.  I wore a beautiful light blue jumper dress over top of my pink monkey shirt and even though Mommy said I could wear my pink sandals, I decided to wear my purple crocs instead.  
• I couldn't wait to get to church to see my friends.  I ate a couple different types of cookies while in the nursery and had fun playing.  
• After church, I helped turn off the projector and raise the screen.  Rebekah taught me a Cardinals cheer and everyone enjoyed watching me cheer.  Mommy says I'm too cute!
• While walking home from church, the wind started blowing and leaves kept flying at us and all around us.  I got so excited, I took off running in a parking lot toward an area that was covered in leaves and started picking the up and throwing them and kicking them.  Mommy and I both love fall!
• After lunch and nap time, Mommy and I alternated between resting and cleaning.  
• I escorted the dogs out in the backyard this afternoon.  Mommy always says I have to wear shoes to go out back, so this time I grabbed a pair of my princess shoes that make me taller and ran all over the back yard playing with Littles.  Mommy was impressed with how fast I could run in those shoes. 
• We went grocery shopping and I got to ride in the car cart again.  I love "driving" around the store.  Mommy let me pick out my juice and my yogurt since I'm getting to be such a big girl.  
• Once back at home, we ate dinner and then I asked for applesauce in the square container.  Mommy looked confused and said, "the round container?" and I said, "No, the square one."  Mommy reminded me that the only applesauce we had was in circle or round containers.  I started laughing so hard... then I said, "the rectangle container?" and "the triangle container?" and laughed some more.  Mommy and I couldn't stop laughing.  I did end up eating my country berry applesauce which is so delicious!
• Daddy got home and I gave him such big hugs.  I've missed him!  (I think he's missed me too!)
• I found my "princess ABCD player" (CD player) and my CDEFGs (CDs) and played a few songs with them and danced and danced.  Mommy clapped and I said, "thank you, thank you" then I would say that even when Mommy didn't clap.  I'm such a ham!  Mommy says I need to take a dance class or something to harness all of this energy.
