Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- Woke up and entertained Mommy while she tried to sleep a little longer. I kept showing her videos (on the iPad) from the zoo. She loves how much I love animals and I can't wait to go back to the zoo when it gets warmer.
- Had fun playing with Tori at church. We made a mess with my Shopkins and enjoyed jumping around, even jumping in the snow after church.
- After lunch, we went back to the church and met a few of Mommy and Daddy's friends there to do a "service project." I helped a little with cutting the fabric for the blankets and filling bags for the homeless, but mostly, I played with a box and made it into a robot. I even put a fish on it like Box Trolls. I also built a "fort" with canned food for my stuffed animals.
- Spent the evening playing with my neighbor friends when I was being nice. I had a little issue with not being so friendly at times with them and Daddy made me have a break.
- As I had my bedtime snack, Mommy helped me learn to use her old Spirograph and we watched a few minutes of Grease Live on television. She seemed to know all the words somehow.
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- Another "snow day" so no Pre-K, but I still got to hang out with my friends at school.
- I spent the evening playing with Addison. We ate dinner together, watched part of Inside Out, and played made-up games together.
- When it got later, we changed into my night gowns (I wore my Hello Kitty gown and she wore my Frozen one). We looked super cute. We laid in the "reading fort" but never really fell asleep. We read books and played instead of going to sleep. Close to 11:00, Addison decided she wanted to go home since she missed her Mommy. I was so tired and wanted to go to sleep, so I wasn't too disappointed. I guess we will try again another day.
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- Another great day at school, though still not an official school day. We were watching Happy Feet when Mommy picked me up and had just had chips, salsa, and nacho cheese for snack. Mommy was jealous!
- We didn't really play outside and I didn't get to see my neighbor friends today which was very strange since I've seen so much of them lately.
- Mommy took me to Chick-fil-A for a special dinner for just the two of us. I enjoyed playing and making a couple of new friends and showing off for Mommy's students who work there. They love me!
- After dinner, Mommy and I went to Books-a-Million (where I think they have a million books!) to do a little shopping. I enjoyed spending $19 of my gift card (thanks Grandma!) on two stuffed animals and two very colorful pillows (on clearance for $3 each- a heart and butterfly) for my reading fort. Mommy and I also picked out a gift for Charlotte's birthday party which will be in a couple of days! I loved helping to shop for a younger little girl.
- At bedtime, I decided to sleep in the "reading fort" under the loft bed. I brought many of my stuffed animals down to the "fort" as well. Mommy warned me that I might have a furry friend (cat or dog) sleep with me during the night since they can reach me down there. It should be an adventure!
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- I went back to school today! It seemed like forever since I had seen my friends. Ms. Sara wasn't there and there wasn't "official school" due to the snow, but at least I got to see my friends and Ms. Jessica. I drew another dinosaur, shared drawings with my friend Kinsey, and played a lot! I did miss a few of my friends that weren't there today.
- Back at home, we spent a lot of time with our neighbor friends. We had a huge snowball fight and made quite a mess of the sidewalk before moving to someone's backyard. It was so much fun! Even the adults were playing! The igloo has started to melt and collapse which was very sad, but at least we got to enjoy it a few days.
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- I spent some time reading this morning in my "reading fort" that Mommy made me under my loft bed. She put a little "couch" (sheet covered crib mattress) and pillows and even made me curtains to hang with lights. I love it so much!
- Addison and I played outside a lot! We even tried riding my bike and scooter, but didn't have too much luck since there was still a lot of ice and the sidewalk wasn't very wide between snow banks.
- We also got to play with some other neighbor kids. Adam from a few houses down and Mr. Joe's girls too. It was so much fun! We made a "slide" off of the side of the igloo. It was fast!
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- Cuddled in bed with Mommy for a bit this morning.
- Mommy tried teaching me to "sew" (crochet) but I was trying to be too independent for her to help me as much as I needed.
- Made a gift for Addison (glitter, foam letters, sparkly shapes, etc.)
- Played outside in the snow with Addison and Daddy.
- Finally got out of the house, meeting Carol and her family for dinner at B-dubs. It was fun! She even gave me lots of quarters to play the claw machine.
Most Memorable Events of the Day:
- The sun was shining and the snow was so bright looking out the window this morning!
- I helped Mommy make cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I was in charge of icing.
- I played outside with Mommy, Daddy, and Addison. Mommy helped us build a snowman and Daddy built us an igloo. It took forever, but it turned out great. I asked Daddy to add a curvy hallway and 2nd room in the igloo tomorrow. He said he would try. I made my own "fort" too... it even has a smiley "pillow" inside.
- I spent most of the evening at Addison's house. We connected my tent and tunnel with her tent. It was like we had two rooms.
- After my shower, I was exhausted. Lots of playing is wearing me out. I might have to go back to school to get some rest!
