Memories from Today:

Woke up excited that today was Halloween!  Mrs. Clark surprised me with a blueberry donut with special purple icing!  She also gave me some candy!

Had a great day at school then decided to stop and see Daddy at WyldLife at the middle school.  I got to play one of the games with the kids and got to help with the raffle!  Mommy said I used to help a lot with WyldLIfe when I was little.

Had a Halloween card in the mail from Grandma and Grandpa.  I was soooo excited!  I love mail!

I had a great time at Tori's house where we had a cookout then went trick-or-treating as a group!  I ended up with a lot of candy (3 gallon bags from trick or treat, trunk or treat, and church).  We got to eat amores at their house after coming back from walking around the neighborhood.  A few girls and I did some candy trading before Mommy and I headed home.  I think my friends liked my goodie bags too!

As we left Tori's neighborhood, Mommy and I saw a really decorated house and we had 10 minutes left of trick-or-treat time.  I talked Mommy into stopping.  As I walked up to the driveway, I noticed people standing in the driveway dressed up.  Mommy offered to walk up the driveway with me and I allowed her.  We slowly walked up the driveway to the sidewalk when a spider jumped up at me, I noticed one of the dressed up people moving in front of me, turned around and saw another dressed up person immediately behind Mommy.  I screamed bloody murder and froze!  Mommy had to carry me out while I bawled and screamed!  A lady followed Mommy and put a few piece of candy in my bucket.  Mommy immediately felt really bad and wished we hadn't stopped there at all.

Back at home, I had my bedtime snack and Mommy and I cuddled on the couch and watched It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

What a busy night!  I'm so tired!  I told Mommy next year I am definitely just giving out candy.

Memories from Today:

Woke up and immediately said, "I can't believe tomorrow is Halloween!"  Though I was wide awake, I was very slow getting ready for school.

I took an apple cider donut to Mrs. Clark.  She shared hers with Lily and I think they both really liked it!  The rest of my day was great even though I ended the day on blue instead of purple or pink, mostly due to my noise-making in class.

Mommy picked me up from school.  We came home, ate dinner, and then we all carved our pumpkins.  I had a great idea to make my pumpkin look like Frankenstein..  I was super excited that Mommy and Daddy thought I was big enough to do most of the carving by myself.  I have big plans to finalize the design of my pumpkin!

Mommy and Daddy had a conference with my teacher this evening.  I got to play on the computer while they talked, though I did listen a little while they talked.  Mrs. Henson talked about how helpful I am with my friends in the class and how well I am doing at reading, and especially at math.  She plans to do some extra math activities with me so I don't get too bored in class.

After running a few errands, Mommy and I came home and I painted my pumpkin.  I will need to do a few extra decorations tomorrow and then Mommy will share a picture.  I also made some goodie bags for my friends for tomorrow night.  I can't wait to see my friends, do some trick-or-treating, and give out some candy to some of the other kids!

Memories from Today:

Woke up at Ms. Kelly's and got ready for church.  Daddy picked me up and took me to church.  In Sunday school class, Ms. Tracey asked us to talk about our weeks and how school was going...  I only told her that I really wanted a brother or sister and that I would help take care of one.  We reviewed our Christmas play during Junior Soldier time and I was disappointed that I don't have much of a part in the play...  Mommy reminded me that a day or two ago I had said I didn't even want to be in it, and now I'm upset that it isn't more of a part.

Since it was so cool and rainy, we all had the same idea of going to Panera for soup for lunch.  It was delicious and warmed me up!

We came home and laid on the couch cuddling under blankets and relaxed and watched a little television.  Mommy and Daddy napped a little and I was content to just rest and stay warm and cuddle with Mommy and our fuzzy animals.

We had lasagna and bread for dinner and then I played with on of my Shopkins sets that I had gotten for my birthday.  Mommy and I even started building a lego construction before it was bedtime.  We didn't finish it, but will tomorrow!

Memories from today:

Today was such a busy day!

I went to the pumpkin patch with the kids from church. We rode on a hayride, played in the play area, found our way through the corn maze, and picked out our pumpkins. I found a great pumpkin and can't wait to carve it.

Mommy took me to Toys R Us in Hagerstown where I got to build a BB-8 out of Legos. It was a little challenging but a lot of fun. I suggested CiCi's for lunch since we were already in Hagerstown and Mommy said that that was okay. The food was delicious!

At my request, Mommy took me to a few geocaches on the way home. We tried to find several, but were only successful at finding one. I decided to trade my toy for a Boy Scout patch for Daddy since I know he loves them. One of the places we looked for a geocache was a cemetery. At one point I told Mommy that I had said a little prayer for all of the people that were buried in the cemetery. She thought that was so sweet.

After coming home and finishing my movie, I relaxed a little bit before showering and getting packed and ready to go to Ms. Kelly's. Mommy and Daddy had plans tonight, so I spent the night with Ms. Kelly and her family.

Memories from Today:

What a day!!!  Ate an orange scone with Mrs. Clark and Lily.  We had our school-wide costume parade around the school.  I wore my beautiful butterfly costume which was quite a hit.  So many people said how beautiful I was!  I loved all of the attention!

Mommy took me to Pizza Montese for dinner.  It was delicious, though I was disappointed that they didn't have my favorite, ziti.  At least there were plenty of meatballs!

Trunk or Treat was a blast!  I got to see so many friends, play games, visit people from Mommy's school, and get candy!  It was so much fun!

Back at home, Mommy and I relaxed on the couch until bedtime.  Tomorrow will be another busy day so we have to rest up!
