Alyson's Antics for the Day: 

I said:

• "Can I get this action figure?" (while shopping with Daddy)
• "I'm a swimming pool action girl!" (while wearing my swim suit and running through the sprinkler in the back yard)

 

I did:
 

• I slept until about 7:30 and Daddy was already awake.  I think the dogs may have woken him up.
• Daddy and I went to get donuts for breakfast and went to a few yard sales.  At the sales I went to with Daddy, I got a free bear and a free "necklace" (lei).  When we got home, I came upstairs to wake Mommy up.
• After Mommy got ready, she and I went to Sheetz to get drinks and we shared a pizza at the outdoor table.  It was yummy.  I was nice and shared my crust with the birds that came close to visit. 
• Mommy and I went to a few more yard sales.  I found a "pink princess car," but Mommy wouldn't buy it for me.  I was sad.  At one sale I ended up getting a free pound puppy toy.  I loved it!  She was so nice.  We found out she was a local Spanish teacher so I counted in Spanish to her and then she taught me the Spanish word for dog so I could tell Daddy when I got home.
• After a nap at home, we played in the sprinkler Daddy set up for me.  We ended up switching sprinklers half way through... one has taller water and the other creates a nice fountain to play in.  I love them both!  I did get a little chilly, so I had to warm myself with the towel and close to the fire.
• After dinner, we took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood then relaxed at home the rest of the evening. 
• It was a busy but super fun day and I got three new free things as well as a few others Mommy paid for!

Alyson's Antics for the Day: 

I said:

• "Do you want to be my friend?  I have to go" (to a little boy at the playground).
• "I have to go.  That's my parents" (a few minutes after the above comment).

 

I did:
 

• Thank goodness it was Friday because I was so exhausted this morning.  I did not want to get out of bed!
• Mommy dropped me off at school and reminded me to apologize to Ms. Ashley after she got to school for my behavior the past two days.  I had a tight hold of Mommy's leg and didn't want to let go to let her go to work.  Daddy told Mommy I'm not nearly as clingy with him in the mornings when he drops me off at school.
• I was mostly a big girl today.  I apologized to Ms. Ashley when she got to class and was much better behaved.  I didn't get any time-outs, but was a little more whiny today when I wanted the yellow toy.  Since I had a better day, Mommy took me to Sheetz to get a slushie drink to celebrate.  I chose a cherry slushie and Mommy chose strawberry. 
• We decided since the weather was so nice to go to pick up food and take it to the playground to have a picnic.  We ate then played on both playground areas.  I made friends quickly and took turns playing with my new friends and Mommy and Daddy.  I was a super brave climber...  Mommy was impressed.  I love the slides, especially the super tall one at the new playground, but my hair isn't quite a fan due to all the static.
• Back at home, I played in the back yard a few minutes.  We had an extra ear of grilled corn that was leftover from earlier in the week, so Daddy had me  shuck it and throw it in the yard for the squirrels to enjoy. 
• We spent the rest of the evening relaxing and cuddling on the couch.  We were all super tired after a busy week.

Alyson's Antics for the Day: 

I said:

• "I want to be good."

 

I did:
 

• I woke up and decided to cuddle with Mommy until it was time for her to get up.  Mommy loves when we cuddle in the morning, but it makes it harder for her to get out of bed. 
• I got out of bed when she woke up and ate breakfast and got ready. 
• Daddy took me to school since Mommy had an early meeting and was in a hurry.
• I had another rough day at school today... that pink castle keeps getting me in trouble.  Once again, Ms. Ashley wouldn't let me play with the pink castle, so I walked over and took it from one of my friends that was playing with it.  I ended up in time out again.  At home, I was in time out once again.  Mommy and Daddy both talked to me yet again about not getting angry.
• After my time out and a little rest, Daddy and I went and splashed in puddles to make the most out of this dreary day.   I wore my boots and had so much fun!  Mommy was super jealous since she had to work late and missed the fun.
• Daddy cooked spaghetti for dinner then we had strawberry shortcake for dessert...  YUM!
• I had a bath and, after playing in my tent and riding my bike around the house without any clothes on, it was time to head to bed. 
• Mommy made a deal with me if I apologize to Ms. Ashley and if I'm a big girl...  we'll see how that works out for me tomorrow.
