Memories from Today:

Went to Hagerstown with Daddy and helped him do a little work until Mommy came and picked me up.  She didn't have to work too long today, so we had some much needed girl time together.  We at lunch and went to the mall.   I got a new pair of sneakers which I really needed since my feet are growing fast. I was super excited to find a pair of JoJo sneakers!  I also got a pair of boots that were on sale since it's now almost spring.

Mommy took me to Monkey Joes and I played a long time.  It was super fun!  After playing,  we went to Cici's for dinner!  Yum!!!

After a brief stop at home, Mommy and I went to watch a basketball game.  I was so happy that Maggie came too so I wasn't so bored.

It was just as I was about to get in bed that we found out that we won't have school again tomorrow.   I miss my friends!

Memories from Today:

Spent the afternoon in Hagerstown with Daddy since we didn't have school once again. We went to the art museum and the city park.  Daddy sent pictures to Mommy while she was working.  She was jealous since she loves the park!

We ate pizza for dinner and then went to church for youth meetings.

The evening ended at home relaxing. Tomorrow will be another day without school.

Memories from Today:

Another "snow day" with no snow.  No school again.  

After breakfast and a little time with Daddy, I went and spent a little time at Ms. Kelly's. On the way there, we passed a school and lots of teachers were outside holding signs. I asked Daddy lots of questions and he explained more of what Mommy and I had previously talked about,  teachers needing and deserving more money.  That is actually why I was going to Ms. Kelly's, so he could listen to the governor talk about his to help the teachers.

Daddy picked me back up and we ran a few errands.  We came home,  ate dinner, and then I helped Daddy at his political meeting at the church. I was so well behaved, that he stopped and got Dairy Queen on the way home then we stayed up late playing video games.

Memories from Today:

Got dressed and ready for church.  Wore a cute shirt and skirt and my cowboy boots.

Ate lunch with Mommy and Daddy then headed home. I played video games with Daddy,  helped Mommy sort laundry, started to build a fort, played with Tini,  made slime with Mommy, helped fix dinner, and showered.

Tomorrow is another school-less day.  I miss my friends but am enjoying time at home.

Memories from Today:

Slept until after 9:00 this morning!  Ate breakfast and chatted with Daddy a few minutes until he left.   Mommy got out of bed shortly after Daddy left. She still wasn't feeling great, so I let her rest a bit while I watched more of my mermaid show on tv.

After Mommy felt a bit better,  we went to the Waffle House for brunch and then went to Michael's to make a sensory glitter jar.  It was a lot of fun!  I added lots of glitter and some animals inside. I glued three animals, a bear, horse,  and elephant on the lid face-to-face like they were having a meeting. 

We did a little shopping at The Commons before heading home for dinner.  We had chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn.  Yum!!!  Tini tried stealing Mommy's chicken skin of of her plate after she finished eating.   She's a mess!

Memories from Today:

Spent the morning and early afternoon with Daddy since we didn't have school once again today. We played video games, relaxed, and did a little grocery shopping.

After Mommy got home from work,  Daddy left to work with the theater.  Mommy took me to Panda Express and then we went to see the movie Peter Rabbit. It was hilarious!!!  We laughed and laughed!  After we got home,  I talked Mommy into playing s few minutes of Harry Potter with me then we played many games of 20 Questions with Alexa. It was fun!

At bedtime,  I asked Mommy to tie my birdcage toy to the frame of my loft bed.  I wanted a "fancy" way for my newest animals to get back to bed with me for the night. Mommy loaded each animal into the cage individually and then I pulled it up by the ribbon, unloaded it,  and sent it back siren for the next animal.   Mommy loves my creativity and imagination!

Can't wait to see what fun things Mommy has planned for the weekend!

Memories from Today:

Slept in since there was not school.  I even got some extra cuddle time with Tini.  It was awesome!

Daddy and I spent the morning at home eating, playing our Harry Potter video game, watching television, and relaxing while Mommy had to work.

Daddy took me to Ms. Kelly's house whereI spent a few hours while he went to the theater.  Mr. Calvin and I made and flew paper airplanes and Ms. Kelly and I watched a little television.  I also got to visit with Emily and Amber. It wad fun, but I was happy when Mommy picked me up.

We picked up a Dairy Queen chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard to share.  It was amazingly delicious! 

We came home and did a short robot craft that Mommy had gotten on the Valentine clearance shelf.  It was very fun and cute!

Memories from Today:

Woke up yelling for Mommy this morning about an hour before we had to get out of bed. I had a bad dream so Mommy let me cuddle with her. I really struggled to wake up and was slow to get ready this morning.

School was fun today, but it sounds like we will not have school for the next two days because the teachers will be busy. Mommy says they are calling it a snow day, but that doesn't make sense since it's too warm to snow. I guess I'll get some extra time at home with Daddy.

Mrs. Clark walked me to Mommy school at the end of the day. I had to use my umbrella since it was sprinkling. I was so glad I was prepared and brought it from home. I was disappointed that I had to leave with Daddy instead of staying with Mommy. I told Mommy I didn't understand why I couldn't stay with her, but she said she had work to do, had a meeting, and then had to work basketball game.

I went home with Daddy and then we went to church where I got to play with my friend Tori. I ended up having a lot of fun. While driving around with Daddy, we played a game where each of us would add to a story that the other person had started. I got to be creative and it was a lot of fun. I think Daddy may have been impressed by how creative I was.

Memories from Today:

Woke up in Mommy's bed and after a few drowsy minutes remembered to wish her a happy birthday.

Got dressed and ready for school.  While with Mrs. Clark, I made Mommy a beautiful birthday card. She loved it! 

After school, Grandma picked me up. She took me to the park to play since the weather was amazing!  She even let me play in the sand which Mommy never allows. 

We met Mommy and Daddy at Applebees for Mommy's birthday dinner. I entertained myself and everyone by playing games on the table tablet.   It was fun!  Grandma surprised me with a few new beanie animals... I was thrilled!  I even had to pose with them... all together and then a different pose for each animal.  Mommy thinks I'm super silly!

We came back to our house and taught Grandma to play a few of my new Chick-fil-a games.  We had fun!

It was a great day!

Alyson's Exciting Day

·No school today so I slept in. When mommy and I got up, she had to get some bloodwork done. I was very patient so mommy took me to Chik-Fil-A afterwards. I played with a bunch of kids there and got a milkshake before we came home.

·Daddy showed up soon after that and we played some Lego Harry Potter. We had to play the same level a couple of times because we kept missing a piece that we needed.

·My friend came by so I got to play outside while daddy cooked white sauce for dinner. After dinner, we spent the evening watching My Little Pony.

Memories from Today:

Woke up, got dressed, and went to church with Daddy this morning. There were lots of kids to play with and I had a lot of fun.

After church, Mommy, Daddy, and I went to Wendy's for lunch. It was my choice. Mommy thinks it was just so I could get my free Frosty since I have my own keychain now. Instead of the chocolate Frosty to dip my fries in (like Mom), I got a vanilla Frosty and mixed it with an orange drink to make a dreamsicle float. It was delicious!

When we got home, we rested a few minutes, and then I got to go outside and play since it wasn't too cold. I rode my bike, rode my scooter, and played with a neighborhood kid. Of course being the ever-hostess, I provided snacks and drinks for my friend and for me while we were playing outside.

After dinner, I spent some extra time with Daddy while Mommy went out with her friend. I was in bed when Mommy got home. Luckily we get to sleep in a little bit tomorrow since there's no school.

Memories from Today:

Woke up and ate breakfast. Decided to wake up Mommy to ask her what time she wanted me to wake her up.  She fell back sleep and I watched a little bit of a movie in my room until time to wake her up.

Mommy and I stopped by the robotics competition.  I was  interested but got bored when nothing was happening. Mommy enjoyed watching her students work together.

After eating lunch, we did a little shopping. I got a few small toys and even got Tini a toy too. 

By the time we headed home it was ready starting to snow.

Daddy went to the theater so Mommy fixed us dinner and then we did a craft together.  It turned out super cool so far! Once it is finished, we will share a picture.

Mommy let me have a "sleepover" with her in her bed tonight. I'm so happy!

Memories from Today:

Slept in today since I didn't have school.  Mommy had to work, so I got to spend the day with Daddy. We played Harry Potter and I relaxed a bit watching movies while he did some work around the house.

After Mommy got home, I decided to set up my room as a movie theater. We watched the movie Legends of Oz from my loft bed. By the end of the movie we had both fallen asleep.

Memories from Today:

I was very tired this morning. Was disappointed that I had to go to work with Mommy this morning instead of hanging out with Mrs. Clark, but at least I got to play games on her computer. 

School was great!  I even got a new little notebook with my 25 behavior tickets.  Mommy thought it was cute.

The weather was amazing, so Mommy and I went to the park.  I made friends with a few girls there.  We played tag, played on the swings and on the merry-go- round.  I got to ride my bike and even climbed up a steep hill with Mommy just to check out a tree stump that I was sure wad the home of some animal.

After a quick attempt to find a geocache, we ate dinner and went home.  My friend that sometimes visits my neighbor was there when we got home, so we rode scooters and played together.  It was fun!

Mommy and I ended the evening watching Captain Underpants and beginning a new game of Monopoly Gamer. We also finished the last two chocolate-covered strawberries. Yum!  I get to sleep in tomorrow, but Mommy still has to go to work. Daddy and I will spend the day together.

Memories from Today:

Woke up at 4:30 this morning yelling for Daddy.  I told him that I had a bad dream.  Daddy let me spend the rest of the night with him. 

Had a great day at school.  Mommy found out that I won the county's Young Writers contest for my grade level.  We were all super excited!  Mommy and Daddy were very proud of me!

Made Daddy stop afterschool so I could pick up a few quick gifts for Mommy for Valentine's Day. I picked out two balloons, an artificial flower bouquet, and a card.  I made a Happy Valentine's banner to hang in the foyer at home.  When Mommy came home, I was holding the balloons and a small sign that I had made for her.  She was so happy!

Mommy brought me a Hershey teddy bear, a beautiful cupcake with a butterfly on it, and some candy.  I was very excited.  I also got a card in the mail from Grandma and Grandpa.  It made me happy.

After dinner and church,  it was time for a shower, bedtime snack,  and bed.

Alyson's Exciting Day

·What a busy day! Daddy woke me up earlier because he had to get to work. I quickly got dressed and got ready to go. Before we left, he told me that today was Mardi Gras so we both wore some beads. We also stopped on the way to school to get me a cinnamon donut stick. They are delicious.

·I was glad to get to Mrs. Clark so early. I had time to read and help test out Olympic games like ring toss. After school, Mrs. Clark offered me a snack. I told her that we had been studying foods so I drank an entire milk for lunch so I would have strong bones. But, I added that a few gummy bears wouldn't hurt.

·Daddy picked me up and we went straight to Hagerstown. We played rhyming words on the way up there. Daddy is working on an apartment and he let me help. I got to paint and also polyurethane a floor. I took a break to talk to mommy. Mostly we just shared Messenger filters in our video chat. I really miss her.

·Afterwards, we grabbed some food and headed to a meeting. Daddy let me play with his phone until it died. Then I played with daddy's Mardi Gras beads. But I got bored so daddy and I played tic tac toe and daddy taught me how to play dots. Daddy won most of the time.

·I fell asleep on the way home. Luckily, dad was driving. We went straight to bed when we got home. We were both exhausted.

Alyson's Exciting Day

·Daddy woke me up early and dropped me off with Mrs. Clark. It started to hail a little as I was going inside. I forgot mommy was at a conference, so daddy arrived just as I was headed over to mommy's school with Mrs. Clark for pick-up.

·Daddy and I stopped for a snack after school and then went to the park. There weren't many kids around, but I still played. I even practiced the monkey bars a little. Then we went shopping for lasagna. On the way, we named a food for each letter of the alphabet.

·I finished watching a Tinkerbell movie while dad cooked the lasagna. We watched Harry and the Hendersons while we ate. Them I watched an episode of My Little Pony while dad cleaned. When it was over, we played Harry Potter some more.

Alyson's Exciting Day

·Did a little bit of shuffling this morning. Daddy was still in Helvetia and mommy has a conference in Hershey. So, mommy dropped me off at church and then left for her conference. We played Bible Jeopardy at church.

·After church, Major Tom dropped me off at Miss Kelly's. While there, I played with Emily and watched a movie.

·Daddy picked me up after he returned from celebrating Fasnacht. We went home and I started Return to Oz while he showered. When he finished, we played Harry Potter. Then we finished our movie while eating dinner.

·The evening ended with a bedtime snack of Fruity Pebbles and an episode of My Little Pony.

Memories from Today:

Woke up this morning and had breakfast and then decided to come and cuddle with Mommy in bed. Mommy did have to get up earlier than she wanted to since we had to go to her school. There was a regional theater competition that she had to work for a little bit.

I enjoyed running around the school and even got to see one of the one-act plays. Another one of the plays that I was going to see was much too scary, so Mommy and I decided not to see it. It was really cool to see the tech competition entries.  There were set decorations, puppets, and even costumes. They were very cool to look at.

Since I was so helpful last night and today at Mommy's school, she surprised me by taking me to Monkey Joe's and then to CiCi's Pizza. We even came home and finished our Monopoly Gamer game that we started a couple days ago.  It was a great night with just the two of us while Daddy was away. Tomorrow, Mommy leaves to go to a conference for a few days. I'm sure Daddy and I will find something fun to do while she is away.

Memories from Today:

Excited to get dressed in my handmade cardinal shirt.  Got to wear it to school then to Mommy's school. 

At my school, today was our Valentine party.  I got lots of Valentines and a little candy from my classmates, and a small gift and cute Valentine from Mrs. Clark.  We made crafts, played games, and ate some yummy food.

After school, I spent the evening with Mommy at her school.   She had to work the basketball games so I kept her company, visited with other kids that were there, and eventually entertained myself cutting paper and making hearts, paper eyes, a mouth, bracelets,  and more.  Everyone seemed very excited and anxious about the game and Mommy had to run around a few times.  It's good to know why she often leaves me at home or with a babysitter while she works games at night.

Memories from Today:

Was excited for school today... It's so much nicer going to school a little later thanks to a delay.   the ice was still all over the trees and grass... It was so beautiful!  I even took a few pictures with Mommy's phone.

At school, I worked on Valentines for my classmates.  I didn't have my Valentines with me, so Mrs. Clark let me pick out a box from her (cats and dogs).  I'm glad to have gotten them all finished since I will need then for tomorrow. Art class was fun and I enjoyed hanging out with my friends.

After school, Mommy and I came home and ate dinner.  We watched a movie together then played Monopoly Gamer together. It didn't work quite the same with only two players.  After my bedtime snack it was time for bed. 

Tomorrow is Friday!
