Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I slept in until 7:45...  Mommy and Daddy were thrilled! 
• I helped Daddy organize and drop off our recycling this morning
• I have been so clumsy lately!  Mommy and Daddy are thankful that my tumbles have not cause more than small scratches and small bruises...  Mommy hopes that this growth spurt is over soon before I really get hurt.
• Daddy took us out for lunch to Panera.  The mac-n-cheese was AMAZING!  I couldn't get enough of it!
• We tried on Easter dresses today at the mall and found the most beautiful dress I have ever seen... it is a blue princess dress and I love it!  Mommy even bought me a headband to wear with it.  I'm so excited for next Sunday!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I took my bus to Ms. Cheri's house and played with it some, but I was more interested in my Moo watches today.  I kept wanting to wear them and then we even put the Moo cow watches on "Moo," the pillow pet.
• I was so excited that I got to see the cows move from one side of the road to another... they were heading to the barn for the evening.  I love watching them!
• I was intrigued by a guy that works at the mall diner who kept playing peek-a-boo with me and waving at me.  He talked a little differently than Mommy and Daddy do.  Mommy says he was speaking Spanish... I love listening to him talk and he definitely wanted to be my friend.  He even brought me a lollipop after we finished eating dinner. 
• Mommy and Daddy took me to Shepherd University to walk a lap in their Relay for Life and to visit some of my college APO friends.  They loved seeing me and seeing how much I have grown since they saw me last.  I loved running around and playing with the glass in the racquetball court. 
• When we got home, Mommy and Daddy took turns sending the bus back and forth between them, they are so silly!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• When I got to Ms. Cheri's, Peyton (the baby) got there soon after me.  I kept taking her toys and laying them on her legs in the carrier.  Mommy said it was nice of me to share.
• Dr. Wear said I looked great today.  I got a clean bill of health.  I now am 32 inches long and weigh 22 pounds, 5 ounces.  He said my ears now look great and my lungs sounded perfect... good news for Mommy and Daddy!  I don't have to go back until I turn 2 and don't have to have any more shots for a couple of years... woohoo!
• Daddy took me to Chick-fil-a to celebrate being such a big girl.  I only cried for about one or two minutes after getting three shots.  He said I was such a big girl!!!  Daddy and Mommy even shared a cookies-n-cream milkshake me...  YUM!  I also got to see and talk to the Chick-fil-a girl cow.  She is so pretty.  She visited with me and I said "Moo!" and blew kisses at her.  I love her!
• We picked Carol up and went to visit her family, the one with the dog named Daisy.  Daisy and I played with her toy... I would throw it and she would bring it back to either Mommy or to me, then one of us would throw it again.  It was so much fun!
• Then, Carol and Mommy took me to the mall to walk around for a few minutes.  I watched Donald Duck sing and dance at the Hallmark store and looked in the window at the pillow pets.  We also looked for me an Easter dress, but Mommy couldn't decide on one.  She wants to look elsewhere before making a decision.  I think they are all so pretty.  I can't wait to spin in a new dress!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I saw a few buses on the way to Ms. Cheri's... I was so excited, even danced in my car seat a little.
• When I got to Ms. Cheri's, I immediately sat down and said "shoes" so Ms. Cheri would take my shoes off... normally I wait until Mommy leaves, but not this morning.
• I was surprised that Daddy picked me up from Ms. Cheri's.  Mommy had a late meeting at work today.  He took me to the mall where I got to play at the indoor playground with a lot of other little girls.  I also saw a strange looking creature...  he had long ears and kept waving at me.  Daddy told Mommy that I stopped in my tracks when I saw this creature and kept staring.  He tried to give me a high five, but I just kept staring at him.  Daddy let me run around the mall and I climbed on everything I possibly could, even hugged the lion cub in the safari jeep.
• I helped Mommy and Daddy fold laundry.
• I love to help Mommy and Daddy by carrying my dirty diapers to the trash can for them.  They don't even have to ask me.  As soon as they fold it up, I say "trash?" and they hand it to me.  I'm such a good helper!
• For my bedtime snack, Daddy fed me strawberries... they were so juicy and delicious!  I ate three whole strawberries all by myself!  :O)

"Little Bunny Foo Foo"

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I took my new bus toy to Ms. Cheri's house to show Keegan and Annie.  Keegan and I played with it quite a bit, allowing it to roll back and forth between us.  Ms. Cheri said I was good at sharing. 
• I was so excited that the cows were behind Ms. Cheri's house today.  It was much easier to see them and "moo" at them with them being so close. 
• No new scratches at Ms. Cheri's today, but I did bump right beside of my eye after I got home and now I have a red spot next to it.  Mommy said I must be going through a growth spurt since I'm extra clumsy all of a sudden.
• I got new books today.  Mommy's school had their book fair, so she bought me a few books, one even makes farm animal sounds and it was super cool!
• Mommy bought me bunny ears tonight.  They were fun to wear and play with.  She also bought me a potty seat to start getting used to having in the bathroom.  It is also a step-stool which makes washing my hands a little easier.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I woke up at 5:30 this morning, but went back to sleep until Mommy made me get up at 6:30 to get ready.
• I was so happy to go back to Ms. Cheri's today.  I missed Keegan and Annie last Friday.
• Ms. Cheri said that Keegan gave me lots of hugs today, so he must have missed me too!
• I ended up with a scratch on my cheek today...  Ms. Cheri and Mommy think it may have been the "Moo cow" toy that I play with at Ms. Cheri's.  I hope that I see my "Moo cow" friend again and that it doesn't disappear like my bus did.
• Speaking of buses.  I got home today to find a brand new bus toy at the house.  Daddy bought it for me (Mommy suggested it last week).  It is so cool.  It has a bus driver and four student passengers.  If you push the bus driver down in his seat, the bus lights come on and the engine roars.  After a few seconds on the engine roaring, the bus drives itself away.  I was a little scared the first few times it did this, but then thought it was fun!  I love my new toy!  I may have to take it to Ms. Cheri's to show it off tomorrow!
• I love reading my sounds book and making the sounds that go with some of the pages... I got shy once the video camera was rolling, but still had fun "reading" with Daddy and "petting" the pages and being silly.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I woke up at 6:30, but after a drink went back to sleep until after 8:00.  Mommy and Daddy say that Aunt Candy and Uncle Chris are lucky since I don't normally sleep so late.
• I went to church in Morgantown and helped with the pickups and dropoffs in the Salvation Army van.  I feel really important and like a big girl helper.
• Aunt Candy and Uncle Chris took to me to a Mexican restaurant for lunch...  Shane said I saw the Easter Bunny there!
• I was so excited when Mommy showed up to pick me up... I yelled "Mommy!" and ran toward her.  I had a great time with my cousins, but I was ready to go home to see my Gemma and my Daddy.
• Before we left to head home, Aunt Candy told Mommy that I was dipping my green beans in ketchup yesterday...  I can't help that I liked it.  Who needs hot dogs to dip in ketchup when you have green beans!  I also helped Mommy by trying to carry my bags to the car.
• I was so exhausted from playing so much this weekend that I fell asleep about 3 or 4 miles from Uncle Chris's house and slept the entire way back to Martinsburg!  Mommy even had a hard time getting me to wake up at the house.  It was after 9:00 before I got to bed tonight since Mommy let me sleep so much in the car, but she didn't mind. 
• After we got home, Mommy and I ate dinner while Daddy was at a meeting.  Then we played with cards, blocks, and my drum... Mommy says I'm getting really good at putting away toys before I get out new ones to play with... I'm such a good helper!  We also played with Gemma.  I missed her and think she really missed me too!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

• I slept in until 6:30 this morning, a little later than normal but it is the weekend afterall.
• I wondered where Mommy and Daddy were so Aunt Candy let me call and leave Mommy a message on her cell phone.  I said, "Hi, Laa doo, Bye-bye."  It made Mommy's day since she misses me so much!  I also got to talk to Daddy on the phone later in the day.
• I went to the skating rink with Shane and Alexis.  It was so exhausting that I fell asleep on Uncle Chris.
• I ate a piece of cake...  Delicious!
• I went to sleep quickly and without much of a fight tonight. 
• Even though I'm having a great time, I'm looking forward to seeing Mommy and Daddy again tomorrow.
