Memories from Today:

Another sleepy morning, moving super slowly.  At least the end of school is nearly here.

Mrs. Clark and I finished my last homework for the year and I had my last art class of the year today.

After school, Mrs. Clark dropped me off at Mommy's school.  I'm glad she drove me over since it was starting to rain.  Mommy and I stayed at her school to ride it a bad storm that haired right after I got there. The sky was black and it rained a lot! When we left school there was water everywhere!  On the way home, there were yes and limbs down and lots of places were without power.

At home, we fixed and ate dinner, Daddy and I played our video game and read some more Harry Potter.

Tomorrow is the last Friday of the school year!

Memories from Today:

So tired this morning!  I kept falling back asleep... first in my bed, then in Mommy's bed, and finally on the couch.

School was great!  The end is getting closer!  I can't wait until summer break!

I took Lily a slice of apple cinnamon bread for her to try.  I also watched patiently and excitedly as Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Chaney opened some gifts this morning.  Mrs. Clark loves how kind, thoughtful, and considerate I am to others... so ahead of my age she says!  She even sent Mommy a nice message and two pictures say how fabulous I am.  Mommy is very proud!  My favorite part was playing with the glitter in the card.   It ended up on my head and Mommy even found some on me after school!

After dinner at home, Mommy and I went to church. I had some great one-on-one playtime with Tori which I loved!  I even took my water guns for us to play with.

After snack and Harry Potter, it was bedtime.  Tomorrow will be the last Thursday of this school year!

Memories from Today:

This morning was like a Monday, but was Tuesday!  I love long weekends!

School was great!

Daddy picked me up after school and took me to Pizza Montese for dinner.  Yummo!

He took me to church for my youth meetings while he was setting up for his evening meeting.   At church, we began making models for our games that we designed last week.  It was great!

Afterwards,  we ate hot dogs and then I got to go to a local park with Tori and her dad.   They dropped me off at Ms. Kelly's for a couple of hours while Mpmmy finished the graduation ceremony at her school and Daddy finished his meeting.

I was a little later going to bed due to not being at home.

Memories from Today:

Lazy morning at home.  Was so happy to get to eat our pasta leftovers for today's lunch!

Mommy and I went grocery shopping. I was a big helper loading and unloading groceries!

We went to Butler's Farm and picked up a few items then went to Orr's Farm to pick strawberries!  They were small, but delicious!

Ate grilled hot dogs and mac and cheese for dinner then Daddy and I took Indy for a walk around the neighborhood.

The night ended with a shower and then Mommy painted my nails while Daddy reaf Harry Potter.

Back to school tomorrow (only 7 days to go!).

Memories from Today:

Early morning, but quickly got ready and went to church with Daddy instead of waiting for Mommy.  Church was a little boring... missed my friends!

After lunch, Mommy and I did a little shopping.   She bought me some shorts, skirts, a game, and shoes at goodwill.  I love that place!

We managed to get about 15 minutes of swimming in at Erin's pool before the storm hit.  I pretended to be scared of the  lightning and the "tornado warning," but ended up playing on the porch during the back-end of the storm.  I ended up shaking like a dog to get someof the rain off of me, hoping Mommy would take a picture.

Mommy and I went to Olive Garden for delicious pasta and  then I spent the evening with Ms. Kelly.

So glad tomorrow is a holiday and there isn't school!

Memories from Today:

Woke up early.  Daddy took me to Hagerstown where we went hit a few yard sales, did a little shopping, and ate breakfast at ihop.  I ended up getting Daddy to buy me 10 Rainbow Magic books!  I was so excited!!!

After a brief rest at home, we all went to God in the Park.  There were all sorts of animals to see and pet, music to listen to, and kids to play with.  I wish I could have gone swimming, but Mommy and Daddy say the water is too cold right now.  Boo!

I got a milkshake then came home and we all watched The Greatest Showman.  It was great!!!  I even showed Mommy how to make top hats like the characters wore in the movie.

After dinner, Daddy and I took Indy for a walk then came home and ate watermelon.... yum!

Alyson's Exciting Day

·At school, we had recess with the other first grade class. This meant that I got to play with some of my friends from Kindergarten I haven't been able to play with all year.

·At home, daddy and I played a little bit of Lego Pirates before heading to BWW for dinner. Afterwards, we went shopping. I talked daddy into buying me a watermelon.

·This evening, we did a little bit of work out front. We cut two of our roses and did some weeding. Then, Adam came over and we played with chalk until it got dark.

·We finished the evening playing another level of Pirates and do finishing a chapter of Harry Potter. We are now on Chapter 12 of the second book.

Memories from Today:

Field Day!!!  Wore my new green Field Day shirt to school today!  It looked like a dress,  but I ended up tying it with a hair tie to keep it pulled up a bit. This morning I was a big help in getting things ready for Mrs. Clark's students for Field Day. I was such a big helper that I was rewarded with a sweet breakfast.

We did lots of fun thing at school... watched a movie,  played outside (inflatables, water games, races, etc.)  It was so much fun and I got quite wet!

Got to play with Maggie for a few minutes after school and then came home (after taking a brief nap in the car), ate dinner, and played outside with the neighbor kids. It was awesome!

I feel asleep very quickly tonight.  It was a busy and exhausting day!

Alyson's Exciting Day

·Not a very eventful morning. Momma took me to school, and then I hung out at her school at the end of the day. I must have been hungry since I kept bumming snacks from mommy's coworkers. I even got a popsicle from the school store. I even worked on my music quiz with mommy.

·Daddy picked me up from mommy's school because she had an athletic banquet to attend. We grabbed drinks and a pizza and went to the park. I got to play with a lot of kids, but I didn't find any rocks. I did practice on the monkey bars.

·At church, I played with the other girls. We shot each other with my waterguns. We also played a little soccer. It was a lot of fun.

·At home, I took a shower. Then I had a bed time snack while daddy read Harry Potter. It is becoming really  interesting.

Memories from Today:

Another sleepy morning and wasn't happy with the leggings Mommy had picked out for me to wear... I had to wear shorts and my super cute sciency shirt!!!

School was nice!  We had a substitute teacher who was very nice.  Gym class was fun!

After school was amazing!!! I got lots of playtime at Mommy's school with my friend Maggie and her friend. We were being sneaky,  but Mommy said we weren't very good at it.  I love playing with friends and being the hostess (finding snacks and drinks for them).

We ran home long enough to eat dinner with Daddy and then headed to church. There we designed our own games that we will get to play next week. My first design was for an obstacle-like game similar to ninja warrior. My second game was the game where you try to decorate everyone like a hot dog,  covering them in ketchup and mustard (or paint). Were played it previously at family camp... Daddy knew all about it.

Mommy and I stopped at the park on the way home... even found one rock.  We got home just in time for bedtime snack and Harry Potter.

Alyson's Exciting Day

·It was an uneventful morning. Mommy dropped me off at school and picked me up at the end of the day.

·The afternoon and evening were much more eventful. I worked on my homework until dinner. We had white sauce; my favorite.

·After dinner, daddy and I went to the park. I played a little and went looking for painted rocks. I also hid a few that mommy and I had painted.

·At home, daddy and I cleaned a little. Then, I got creative and made a new suggestion box for church. It has a place for pens and paper slips.

·We finished the evening reading Harry Potter. I even read a page by myself.

Memories from Today:

Decided to be a little lazy this morning and hang out at home and watch tv until Mommy was ready for church.   Daddy went to Sunday School without us.  We made it for the 11am service.

Ate Wendy's (and Frostys) after church.  Daddy had a performance, so Mommy and I came home and worked more on our painted rocks.   My neighbor friend knocked on the door,  wanting to play, so I spent a couple of hours playing in the yard with him.  We even got out the water guns!

Mommy and I picked up dinner and ate a picnic at the park.   We hid a few rocks and found even more!  I think we were following a family that was hiding them.  I gabe a couple of rocks away to others and re-hid a few before heading home.

I showered and then Mommy read me some more Harry Potter... it is getting so interesting... it is hard to stop reading to go to bed!

Memories from Today:

Woke up at Ms. Kelly's and Daddy picked me up.  After stopping at McDonald's for breakfast, we headed home.

We spent most of the day at home, resting and relaxing. I played some video games, watched tv/movies, played with my pets,  and even painted some more rocks with Mommy.

I rode my bike for a bit this evening, even splashing through puddles... it was so fun!

Alyson's Exciting Day

·I was very tired this morning and not happy to wake up. I was even more disappointed when mommy told me that daddy would take me to school and pick me up in the afternoon. I really love my mommy.

·When daddy picked me up, we went home and played a little Pirates of the Caribbean on the Wii. Then I took a shower and collected toys to take to Ms. Kelly's.

·Daddy got me some Panda Express for dinner on the way to Ms. Kelly's house. I'll spend the evening there and see daddy bright and early in the morning.

Memories from Today:

Had a bad dream in the middle of the night and ended up in bed with Mommy.  Slept great until morning and wanted to keep sleeping.

School was fun.  We are learning about money which is always fun!  In art class, we finished our pictures that will be "for a grade."

I finished all of my homework with Mrs. Clark so I could have fun at STEAM Night.

I was a big helper setting up for STEAM Night at Mommy's school.  During the event, I got to go from station to station by myself or with some of my classmates and other friends that happened to stop by.  It was so much fun!  It was a long day and night and I was tired by the end of cleanup.

Mommy did stop and get me a milkshake on the way home since I was such a great helper!

Memories from Today:

Took a donut and iced tea to school this morning... It was that kinda day.

School was fun,  but I wad more excited to see Lily and Addy after school at Mommy's school.  We got to run around for a few minutes, tried out the photo props for tomorrow's STEAM night, and then I helped Mommy get a few things finished before we headed home.

After dinner at home and some funny animal videos, it was time to head to church.  I love running around with my friends while the adults have their meetings on Wednesday, but sometimes we fight like sisters.

We ended the night with cereal for my bedtime snack,  Harry Potter,  and quick check of the beanie baby birthday calendar to determine who would be sleeping with me.  I love keepung track of my stuffies!

Memories from Today:

Back to school today after a long, busy weekend.  This morning was rough, but I made it through the day!

Spent a little while with Mommy at her school, helping her get a couple things ready for Thursday's STEAM night at her school.  I can't wait!  We stopped and hung up a couple signs at local businesses then stopped and grabbed a quick bite on the way to church.

For our youth meetings, we have been learning how to play games, follow directions, and how to get along with others while playing.   We got to rotate around the room playing games (some old and some new) with the other kids.  It was so much fun!

Mommy and I made a quick stop at the park on the way home,  but it ended up being real quick as the weather started turning bad right after we got there.  At least I got a few minutes of playtime in before heading home.

I rode my scooter a few minutes at home then Mommy and I tried out an experiment for STEAM night... it was cool!  I even rode my scooter down the street to show the neighbors our experiment!

Memories from Today:

Woke up, ate breakfast, and packed to leave the house.  It started storming about the time we were ready to load the car.

We all went to a local restaurant to eat together before we all went our separate ways.  It was sad to say goodbye to everyone, but we had a great time together.

I entertained Mommy on the way back home... we sang songs, had "dance parties" and played games together.  We made a couple of stops (Mommy's idea) on the way home too...  we stopped in Warren, Ohio to see Neil Armstrong's park...  It was cool.  There was a model of the lunar lander and the rocket.  Mommy seemed very excited about it.  We drove down the road a couple miles and found "Dave Grohl Alley" where there were paintings, graffiti, and musical artwork.  It was neat!  Mommy also "nerded out" about that as well and made me pose for pictures.

The rest of the trip was uneventful and we got home just in time to unload the car, shower, and get ready for bed.
