Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

  • Monday are rough!  We were all extra tired this morning, and I really wanted to just lay around and be lazy.  I didn't even get to finish my waffles before Daddy was rushing me to get dressed and go to Ms. Cheri's.  I was not amused!
  • The sunrise was beautiful this morning and I'm glad Mommy put my pink lollipop jacket on me because the car was cool.
  • My nose was running before I even got to Ms. Cheri's.  Mommy isn't sure if it is allergies or the change in the weather, but I don't have a fever and am not coughing and still have energy to run around like crazy, so she thinks I'm okay although I am telling her "I'm sick."
  • I had fun with Keegan and Payton today.  I love Mondays since Keegan is there!
  • Mommy picked me up and took me home.  I had a meltdown once again because I did not want to go home on the new road, I wanted to go the old way to see the motorcycles.  When we got home, I had another meltdown when Mommy wanted to open the door instead of waiting for Daddy to open it for us (I was knocking on the door for him to let us in).  Mommy thinks the fact that I'm not feeling too great is making me extra whiny.
  • Mommy and Daddy were speaking a little Spanish so I told Mommy they were talking silly.  She told me they were talking in Spanish.  I told Mommy, "When I get bigger, I will talk in Spanish too."
  • Once at home, Daddy and I searched for pine cones across the street from the house and drew on the sidewalk with my new chalk (that keeps hands clean unless you intentionally write on them, which I did).
  • Mommy went out with a few friends, so Daddy and I went shopping at the mall.  I even got to play in the play area there.  It was fun!
  • After Mommy got home, I played a little and cuddled up and watched a couple of episodes of Handy Manny on the iPad until bed.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

  • I was glad to wake up and find out it was Sunday.
  • I wore a beautiful princess dress to church and was so excited to go to church to see my friends.
  • We had a picnic lunch after church and enjoyed the warmth of the sun then we all went home and took a nap.  It was a lazy Sunday.
  • After nap, we all cuddled in bed together for a few minutes.
  • I moved all of the pillows from the couch to the floor in a row and jumped up and down on them and walked from one side to the other.
  • Mommy and I went to the grocery store and I got to drive the car cart.  It was so much fun!
  • On the way home, Mommy asked what I wanted for dinner so I replied, "I want to eat worms!" and grinned really big and just started to giggle.  Mommy said I was too stinkin' cute.
  • Once back at home, we ate dinner and relaxed.  We were supposed to do some housework and other than a little laundry and some play time, we ended up being lazy.
  • I did get to play with my new Silly Putty... it was so stretchy and bouncy and fun!

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

  • I woke up before 8:00 this morning.  I cuddled with Mommy until Daddy got back from walking the dogs.
  • After Mommy woke up, we all went to the Waffle House.  On the way, I told Daddy that they have "big waffles and juice boxes."  The food was so yummy!
  • We went looking for yard sales.  Mommy and Daddy had me help by watching for bright colored signs next to the road.  As we went from sale to sale, I found all of the toys there to play with.  If I didn't see toys, I asked the people there, "Do you have any toys?"  One lady even gave me a little scooby doo chair to take home since I was so cute.  Mommy bought me some very cute clothes, a couple even had Minnie on them.  I can't wait to wear them.
  • Yard saling made me so tired that I fell asleep in the car.  I took about a half hour nap then was ready to go.
  • Mommy and Daddy took me to a place that had cars, motorcycles, bouncy houses, and even a train.  We ended up not staying very long since the loud cars kept scaring me too much to be able to have too much fun.
  • We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and watched the last half of the WVU football game.  I cheered and ate some yummy food.  It was fun!  The Mountaineers won too!
  • Once we got home, I played with my Legos with Daddy and watched a little television.
  • I spent most of the evening cuddling with Mommy and relaxing.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

  • I wasn't happy that Daddy was waking me up, even after he reminded me it was my favorite day of the week, Donut Friday.  I finally got out of bed and got dressed and ready for the day then headed to Dunkin Donuts for my weekly blueberry cake donut... YUM!
  • I was playing with Ms. Cheri's rocks in her driveway when Mommy picked me up.
  • I was happy to see Daddy when we got home and even cuddled with him on the couch for a few minutes to relax.
  • Daddy took Mommy and I to the Martinsburg tailgate to eat.  They had hot dogs, mac-n-cheese, chips, and drinks.  I ate several bites of a hot dog and a few bites of mac-n-cheese, then ran around visiting the kids next to us.
  • We went to Daddy's classroom and I decided to hang my leaves that I had picked up while walking on his classroom tree that he made.  I think they looked great on there!
  • I got the pet the Bulldog.  He was nice!
  • I kept stopping to dance to the music that was playing, even when we were walking or when I was standing watching the game.  I love to dance!  I also enjoyed watching the cheerleaders tumble.  After watching them, I tried to stand on my head and do flips too.
  • Daddy took me on the track very close to the game and I was excited to stand by the big bulldog.  I asked Mommy why he had shoes and hands and a hat...   The other bulldog (the real dog) was wearing a football jersey.  They are both silly, but I like watching them.
  • We went to the visitor side to see Grandma's friend Mary and her family.  Mommy said we were going to look for Mary...  I responded, "Mary that has a little lamb?"  Mommy giggled and said I needed to ask Mary about her lamb.  When we found her, I said, "Where is your lamb?"  and she said she didn't have one.  How sad for her...
  • The game was fun to watch and I got to go from the Martinsburg side to the Morgantown side and we cheered for each side.  I even helped by cheering, "De-fense" with Mary and her family.

Alyson's Exciting Events of the Day:

  • I did not want to get up at all this morning... even worse than usual.
  • I wore my star shirt and pink sneakers and took my new Preschool book to Ms. Cheri's house.  I colored a few pictures while I was there and played with Payton and a new boy that is visiting for the week.
  • When Mommy picked me up, I got upset that Payton was helping me carry my lunch bag.  Normally I don't mind her helping, but today it upset me.  I showed Ms. Cheri my pretty sunglasses then was in a better mood before getting in the car.
  • Mommy left the car window down for a little bit.  I like having the window down.
  • I was disappointed that Mommy took the new road home since I didn't get to see the motorcycles and bicycles that are often outside of one of the stores on our old way home.
  • At home, I decided I needed to find pine cones to show Daddy, so Mommy and I walked across the street to find some.  I found a really big one and a "baby" pine cone that was super cute.
  • Once Daddy came home, we went to McDonalds for a quick dinner before Mommy had to go back to her school to work the volleyball game.  Mommy said we were going to Mickey Ds and I told her, "No, we are going to McDonalds."  Mommy explained that sometimes people call McDonalds Mickey Ds and I said that's silly, then started singing "Old Mickey Ds had a farm...."  The Mickey Ds conversation reminded us about our cousin Sherry, so I did my impression of her and Mommy had to video me.
  • When Mommy went back to work, Daddy took me to the new playground next to the future dog park where I got to play.
  • We came home from playing and I helped give the dogs baths then took my own bath and relaxed with Daddy until Mommy got home, then relaxed with her until bed time.
  • Tomorrow is Donut Friday!
